Next time you tell me to pull over to the side of your messed up parking lot even though there was only 1 other person behind and NOT BUSY (which I should just be able to just wait at the window) MAKE SURE YOU GIVE ME FRESH FRIES TOO! waited all that time for just 1 gyro to be made? And you couldn't even give me fresh fries? Really Arby's? You guys more expensive than the other fast food places, even McDonald's would give me fresh hot fries with no wait and a busy line... I got 2 COLD, sitting out hard as rock fries .. not happy. Wasn't even busy and it was 900 at night. . What's up with that? Never again.
I like most of the employees here they are nice however I have had some bad experiences with the food. The jalapeno roast beef sliders having insane quantities of jalapenos for example. Recently, I had a jamocha milkshake which had a taste almost of gasoline. It was very gross and I was worried it was contaminated. When I tried to call, the phone did not answer. I am hesitant to order again knowing this.
The daytime manager is amazing as well as the night manager my food is always fresh and never wrong and their very pleasant and timely the gyros are my fav ???? I have been living over here for two years and it’s the only fast food place I have never had a problem and their food is ???? not to mention the floor is always clean ???????? do not sleep on them
I ordered a gyro at the speaker and was in and out in less then 5 minutes. It was so hot a fresh I burned my tongue but it was so worth it

I mean look at it...I asked the guy why the Mac looked like this and he said that's how it is. I've had Arby's Mac before and it didn't look half eaten and like it's been sitting in the warmer for 8 hours. Sandwich bun smells and tastes burnt.
My fav fast food restaurant idc and the employees work hard, very nice too. I haven’t had one bad experience there, they messed up once but it wasn’t nothing major
Absolutely ridiculous, had me wait 40 minutes in the drive thru (what part of this is convienent or fast?) And still managed to mess up my 2 item order, no cheddar on my beef and cheddar...it's literally beef and cheddar on a bun what is so difficult? Not like it's food that a person plans on eating or anything..huh what a thought...The actual audacity to charge $8+ for beef on a soggy bun what an absolute joke, thank you for reminding me EXACTLY why I don't eat fast food anymore. I personally can not wait until this 'job' becomes fully automated.
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Food was as good as you'd expect.
