Food was really good, service as well. Background music that's not loud was enjoyable. Thank you Applebee's for not playing it loud. We enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. The combo appetizer is really good. My husband enjoyed the Asian BBQ ribs.
I completely understand employee shortage. The times we live in. However, I do not understand a complete disregard for communicating the fact to patrons who ordered drinks and lunch at the same time. Got lunch. Mine was wrong, but I took it anyway because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for my meal, while my friend enjoyed hers. And then..10 minutes into eating, we got our drinks. $1 margaritas. NOT a deal. I doubt there was an ounce of tequila in the gallon of mix. Keep your money. Go any place else.
1st: The food and service were both great! I really like the bourbon street chicken and shrimp! Also, the breadsticks with alfredo sauce was delicious.
2nd: The food was pretty good although my steak was over cooked. The boneless wings were really good though, I will be back for more soon!
Not the greatest dining experience. French fries were old and had sat were mostly brown.. hamburger was the Pressed meat overcooked and not tasty at all. The wings were okay it's basically as if you got a bag of frozen boneless wings at the store and just poured either hot sauce on it or barbecue that was pretty much about the recipe. Also they offered all you could eat wings but apparently when I paid the bill my son wanted one more order and they said no you can't have anymore once you've paid the bill that's it so be aware of that do not pay your bill at the table unless you are finished eating which I thought was not only counterproductive for future business but also very tacky as well. And don't expect service right away because the servers were absolutely the slowest and didn't seem to care if you had what you needed at all we waited for refills forever on our Cokes. Management apparently just walks around and looks busy because they weren't helping anyone we asked him for a refill and instead of going to get the refill are himself he went and found our waitress which was apparently already busy as she could take and had her get them. All in all I would not recommend this establishment to anyone that wants a good meal and wants to be treated well by the staff.I Will never eat there again.. PS the onion rings tasted as bad as they looked
I hate to leave a bad review for a restaurant chain I love, but the service was nonexistent. My roommate and I went go grab a late dinner and were seated in the bar area, not at the bar. After getting our food order to us, timely, we did not receive any service as our server also worked as the bartender and either could not or forgot to check on us. No drink refills and we sat around for quite a length of time before we were finally asked if we needed anything, which by that point we were fed up and just asked for the bill so we could just leave.
Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp was seasoned well but there was SO MUCH oil in the plate...really unappetizing.
It's Applebee's so the food is what it is. But our service was super sub par. Our server Jason did a great job taking care of the tables around us but failed to do a table check on us. Our appetizer was given to the table behind us. Which were his friends due to the conversations they were having. I get you want to talk with your friends but to ignore us and not check on us is horrible. Upon paying he took his friends cards first to process their payments and passed over us twice when we had ours ready. My brothee had to walk up to the service area just to pay for our food. Maybe it was a low key act of being prejudice but I really don't know. I gave service a 2 star just because he was taking care of the people around us better.
Our waiter, Stephanie, was great. Our food came out in less than 15 mins. Every item looked great and tasted even better.
Everything was excellent. Our server Brittany was so kind and attentive. Perfect dinner out. A+
