Very pleased with the quality of the food that we selected. Classic Cheese Burger was delicious, also the Bone-In and the Boneless Chicken Wings were very tasty. The Double Crunch Shrimp were good but could have been bigger in size.
Our waitress was polite, friendly, and pretty much on the ball with refilling our drinks and checking back for our needs.
First time in this restaurant's location but would not hesitate to come back. ????
Overall I had to send my chicken back because it wasn’t done, then the waiter ask mean what did I mean?? Smh
They have $1 margaritas but they all was the same color even though we got different flavors and you only allowed 3 smh.
Really good steak. It was a 6 Oz Sirloin with mashed potatoes ???? and broccoli ????. It was actually cooked how I ordered it unlike the restaurant in Grovetown. It turns out that this location is a training restaurant. Jessi was our server and she did a great job. My wife and I very much appreciated it.
We came in very late, after 10pm when we got out of a show and they were one of the only places open. The service was wonderful, even though the restaurant was busy we felt well attended to. The food was very good and a welcome hot meal after a long show and not even knowing if we were going to be able to find something open since everything in Augusta closes so early, even on the weekends. I am vegetarian and was pleased to see they had an impossible burger on the menu. Just get without cheese or mayo if you are avoiding egg and dairy. I highly recommend this spot if you are on the search for a late night dinner after an event.
Everything was great but inflation is hurting everyones wallets (Not Applebee's Fault). We were there to celebrate a Birthday and it cost us right at $160.00 to feed 7 adults and a child. We didn't eat the highest menu items. I had a chicken sandwich a couple of appetizers. My girlfriend and daughter shared off of the 2 item menu choices. We drank sodas and tea (no alcoholic drinks) and had a couple of desserts. My part was $85.00 plus tip. I miss the days when society voted with their wallets and not their emotions. They aren't just hurting people like me, they are hurting themselves. I don't know if eating out will ever be affordable again. People will just have to cut back which will sadly hurt the restaurant industry.
2023-10: I've ordered delivery through a third party service multiple times over the years. The food is consistent with portions and quality. I generally get the Chicken Penne Pasta, which was good. No complaints.
2021: Came in later in the evening on a Monday and it wasn't too busy. The weather was nice outside so we asked to be seated outside. Ended up with an awesome server, Taylor. She was very pleasant and we had a good time talking to her. The food was what I would have expected from Applebee's, nothing bad, by any means. Had the Chicken Penne Pasta and it was exactly as I remember it years ago. The restaurant was clean and maintained well. I'd come back to this location and would ask for Taylor to be our server, even if we had to wait.
I ordered the all you can eat chicken wings. They tasted pretty good. They came with some french fries that were little on the weird side. They weren't soggy, but they were not crispy either. Almost every one of them was about an inch long. That was it.
Dirty dishes like literally chucks of food was on my silverware. After getting my 2nd set i asked for plastic and showed the manager and received no apology like he was used to it. I dined in was forced to get it to go because I can't cut a steak with a plastic knife. Cesar salad was withered and the cheesesticks were cold. To be located in Evans it definitely doesn't meet the standards. The server was nice and the only reason I left a tip.
