It was later than we usually eat, but the server was attentive and very kind. Food was pretty great and came out within a decent amount of time. Wasn't very busy and that's always a plus for me! Thanks for the good food and even better service!
Fairly annoyed that no one answers the phone during operating hours no matter what option you choose with their automated system. I wouldn't mind ordering online like they want but I personally do not want an under cooked hamburger which is literally the only option they give. As the daughter of a man that has been a butcher/meat cutter for 40+ years I know I do not want undercooked ground beef. Pink steaks all good, pink ground beef not cool with me. If they are going to be open they should answer the phone or at the very least give better online ordering options.
This is based off our last 2 visits. Visits were over a month apart.
1 couple lunch. 1 family (4) dinner.
Lunch: husband ordered a beer. We both ordered a burger/sandwich & fries. Burger/sandwich came out. No fries. Waitress said she'd bring them out later. Odd but we got them halfway into our meal. Still no beer. Slowly eating our burger/sandwich & still no beer to be told their beer machine was still down from the previous night. Food wasn't bad but mainly went to have an afternoon beer.
Family dinner, I ordered an old favorite. 4 cheese Macaroni with honey pepper chicken strips. "Mac & chs" was pretty much just wet noodles, bland with little flavor. Chicken strips were just overcooked breading with little chicken. Halway thru my meal the waitress asked if I still wanted my breadstick. When first served, nothing was said & I just assumed one wasnt given amymore. Husband ordered rack of ribs. The ribs were very small & disappointing. Again, asked for a beer to be told several were out & unavailable including the one he wanted. I don't think we will plan to return any time soon.
Final add, floors & tables just seemed sticky.
Everything was just okay. We got sick after leaving but couldn't tell if it was the food or the mixed drinks that way too much sugar. The bartender was okay but definitely didn't think we were worth her time. Could have been an off day for her. We will not be going back. 3rd time in 2 yrs was not the charm.
Unless the waiter was taking an order or bringing it out, every single employee was hanging out giggling loudly in the back. The wait time was just as bad as if it were slammed. There were only five tables sat. The three cheese penne was great ????
The service is always slow, however today at lunch there were 5-6 tables with people and it took 26 minutes to get our two waters we ordered.. 10 minutes for them to take our order. It took another 15 minutes to get checked out after we finished eating, even after I told the waiter we were ready for the check.

I get the same thing every time I go here. I get the ribs. They forgot to add the coleslaw but who cares the ribs are super good. Wife got some wonton taco things and the steak and shrimp parmesan. She didn't have any issues with her food. Was a bit expensive with tip, over $60 for two entree's and an appetizer and donut holes for dessert. Won't stop me from going back though.
Update: Took away two stars because not getting what you pay for is becoming commonplace here. When your order totals $90 (approx.) you'd think they could get the order right. Well nope they always forget something. And who is going to drive back.
? Then on the receipt it says go to a website to leave feedback but you can't because the "captcha" that is supposedly on the site, just isn't there and you have to do that to leave feedback.
Another update (July 31st 2023)- So ordered my usual online baby backs. I ordered at 4:19pm, order ready at 4:46pm. So we go to pick it up at that time and a girl comes out and says we don't have any ribs. They never told us no ribs until we pulled and parked in the curb side to go spot. No call, no text so we would have to wait for my second choice to be cooked. She then asked if I want riblets. I thought riblets were chunks of rib meat with no bones but no, it's like this flat bone with some meat on it. Definitely not baby back ribs, and half the size of a half rack of baby backs. I took one bite and threw the rest in the trash. They are nasty and nothing like baby backs. Seems like it's getting worse every time I go. DO NOT GET THE RIBLETS, barely any meat compared to 1/2 rack of baby backs. They charged us the same amount as what I originally ordered on the website. I would have cut 50% for those nasty riblets. Obviously they don't care about winning over their customer's when they don't have what the customer wants. Skip the Riblets and eat grasshoppers or crickets out of your backyard, probably taste better.
Pretty typical location. Food is decent but the server I had was great. Pretty convenient if your staying in one of the hotels that are close.
