Services quick and very good.... Ribletts Platter with fries very good Prime Rib French Dip andwich good a little chewy at times but plenty of meat plenty of onions.... This Sandwich puts Panera Bread Sandwich to shame.....
UPDATE:
Applebee's is one of my favorite restaurants. They have a variety of affordable food and it's a casual dining environment where you can have a quality meal and good service. My husband and I had recently gone and had a not so good experience in which we felt crowded in our isle seats and like staff were preoccupied and anxious about some sort of staff review or maybe something unusual happening that night with staffing. I wrote a review sharing how much we were disappointed and we wanted to leave and take our food home with us, but couldn't due to ordering an "all you can eat" special.
After writing my post, Applebee's reached out to me to apologize for our experience and allowed me the opportunity to write in further detail about what happened. They acknowledged our concerns, were very respectful and informed me that they used my concerns as a learning moment to make customer service the best that they can. We were also offered a store credit to make up for our negative experience and the food we were unable to take home with us.
We just went back to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary with our family of 5, and the whole meal was covered by our credit, which shows how affordable this restaurant is. We had a great time and our food was delicious :D It was a nice and memorable experience, and I am very happy!
I rarely give a 5/5 , but this place surely deserves it. .. it’s always not about the drink or food in a Restaurant.. it’s about customer service and this one had best service ! I could have given 3 or 4 stars but the customer service and smiling waitress made me give a 5 star..
This was right next to our hotel and was easy to walk for dinner . Nice location . Amazing space inside to sit and dine . Very good bar with so many beers on tap. Love their blue moons .. the food took sometime to come but we were always taken care by the waitress .wings was really good. Salad was ok. Cake was awesome .. nice ambience . Overall a very good experience 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Went in for lunch today with my two five year olds and my mom, our server’s name was Kylie and she was just genuinely the most kind and attentive service I’ve encountered in a long time- everything she did to make us feel warm and welcome may have seemed like basic nature to her as I could tell, but she truly impressed us and made our day that much brighter. Thank you Kylie- you’re such a refreshing ray of sunshine to be around!
Very disappointing visit to a location that is usually very good. Food not served as described in the menu, service was lacking.
After discussing this incident with management, I was given a credit to use for a future meal. My wife and I went again tonight. My wife said her haddock dinner was one of the best she's ever had. My burger was also very good. The waitress was very attentive to our needs and the manager also stopped by to check on things. All this attention was received before they knew that I had a credit from a previous bad experience.
This location has earned my business once again.
Great little spot to eat. Not super expensive and the food is usually great. Haven't had any major issues. Again, the food has always been good and the servers are very nice.
We got seated very quickly even though it was busy. Manager is super nice I think his name was Barney, he walks around and stopped by to make sure our food was good. The food was overall amazing, I recommend the pretzel sticks, they are what I got and they were made so good I would love to get them again! The servers were super nice and always made sure we didn’t need anything. If you are ever considering getting food here, I would highly recommend it!
1/25/24 I dined here with a party of 6, 2 kids, 4 adults, they were consistent with business, seated right away in a nice roomy booth that could hold 10 people! We had an absolute FLAWLESS server. Taylor, she was AMAZING, super sweet, generous, attentive, overall PERFECT! Had the all you can eat wings,shrimp, ribs, Garlic Parm Steak, Bourbon Chicken, Fish, and kids meals! Everything was hot! All though the fish was slight over cooked Taylor quickly noticed and fixed the issue! Offered dessert for my 2 nieces and did ice cream sundaes ! I would definitely recommend this location as well as Taylor!
