First time in 3 years. We wanted a quick bite for lunch. Split a burger fries and boneless wings. Bartender was excellent. The burger was cooked perfectly but was just ok. Boneless wings, same just ok. Beer was cold!
Hadn't been in a while. It's been on our rotation (mine and my 88 year old Dads) for quite a few years. Quality of food has been dropping, but tonight it dropped pretty far (especially for a Friday). Got the Prime Rib Dipper. Sandwich is about 2/3 the size it was even a year ago. The "prime rib" was sparse, and almost burned. What got me the most was in conjunction with significant lowering of quality and quantity, was the prices had jumped hard. What we would have ordered a year or so ago for $35, was nearly $50 this time. They took a page from the fast food places, and will likely reap the same response (far less traffic going forward). I'll cook at home. Better, and MUCH cheaper.
The service was great! Very prompt. Nice and clean inside including restrooms.
The food was ok. My ceaser salad was kinda bland. And the chicken and broccoli Alfredo was edible. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well
I would eat here again just because of our bill. 8 dinners and we only paid $98 check. $120 with our tip!

Manager was professional in how she handled the issue. We may not be back tho....no hair nets! YUCK!!!
Haley always does a perfect job taking care of us. Always friendly, we never go without anything. Our drinks are always excellent. The food has been great everytime we have come recently and that's why we keep coming back. Great job Lancaster.
A local that eats here often. Always have great experiences when coming here. Staff service is excellent and food is just as good. Front of the house Yna was great. She had a great personality and great customer service skills. Dana was our waitress and she was excellent. Even though they had her all over the place she was friendly and efficient. I typically get the bourbon chicken and shrimp and it’s always great. The spinach and artichoke dip is amazing. Lastly, the Chocolate lava cake is to die for. Love coming here and will continue too.
My food tasted great, ordered the quesadilla burger and the chicken wonton taco, but it took over ten minutes for a greet from the server and even longer to receive just our waters. Entrees took over an hour in total time and girlfriend’s medium steak was over cooked while the mashed potatoes were cold. I understand they were busy, but if they needed to go on a wait they should have , Applebees was not handling the volume they were taking in. The manager did take the steak off for us, but I think we only saw our server when he greeted, brought drinks and the food.
I gave them one star because I couldn't give them 0. My 4 friends and I walked in to an empty restaurant and instead of being offered a table were asked if we want to sit at the bar. We are construction workers but weren't dressed in work clothes. Apparently none of the servers wanted us in their section thinking we are not good tippers. Their mistake. This was the worst treatment I have ever received walking into any establishment yet alone a nation wide chain. Will never step foot in one of your establishments.
