Visited this location on 3/23/24. Food had the same taste as always. I ordered a root beer float and took a sip and was pulling pieces of lettuce and tomatoes out of mouth. Was extremely disgusted at how that could’ve happened. Server was a high schooler who was very bewildered and not sure what to do about the situation. My fries came with pieces of chicken tender breading and some crinkle cut and some straight. The woman’s bathroom at this place was is an utter state of disrepair. They had a bucket in one of the stalls just collecting dripping water from the light. Won’t be returning to this location due to cleanliness alone.
Southwestern Chicken Bowl was spicy, delicious (and good for me!) We also really enjoyed the Pretzels and refillable Ribs and Shrimp.
Visited on Saturday night, but were seated and served immediately on a busy night! Server was friendly and attentive.
The atrium area was quite cozy.
Stopped here for date night and what a mistake.. our server Brandon had 0 personality and seemed bothered we were there. Our food comes out, well my fiancé's does and half of mine. He gets through half his burger as the server brings the rest of my food, my bacon ranch chicken sandwich was plain, mc Donald's are better looking. I cut into my chicken and it's completely raw!!!!! The response was "I'm so sorry" and "have a nice night" I could have gotten extremely ill had I not cut it open.

My experience at Applebee's was absolutely dreadful. The service was abysmally slow, as if time itself had ground to a halt. It took 20 minutes after I placed my order for them to inform me they didn't have the item I requested. Then, I waited 45-minutes for boneless wings that seemed to have been prepared in the distant past. They looked at though they were prepared hours before, reheated and re-tossed in sauce... and they tasted that way too.
When my wife's Chicken Alfredo finally arrived, it was clear it had been languishing under a heat lamp for well over 10 minutes. The once-promising salads had wilted into a pathetic, unappetizing mess. I can safely say I will never subject myself to such an ordeal at Applebee's again. Not sure why I expected anything different. Atrocious!

They need to shampoo the carpets and get new booths.
I can only comment about the atmosphere because We had to leave after about 10 minutes of being inside the restaurant.
As soon as we walked in the scent of old shoes...maybe spilled beverages and food on the carpet was quite overwhelming.
We are escorted to our booth where we sat down and I noticed the tears on the vinyl seat before I sat on it, but was not prepared for when I sat down to sink in to the crevice that was made by 10,000 butts before me.
I open the menu and ask my fiance if she saw anything she liked, she instantly mentioned to me that the prices have about doubled since last she was there about 2 years ago.
I told her I noticed it as well, I understand that everything is inflated these days, so I really tried to go along with this....
She then brought up the smell to me and that was the straw that broke the camel's back....
If you're going to charge prices like that on your menu, the place has to be spick and span and it has to be a happy dining atmosphere.
I won't go back to an Applebee's again.
Should have left after seeing how bad the floor was. We usually go later when it is dark and their lightening is bad and now I see why the floors were filthy, the cup I got was also dirty having lemon seeds in a drink with no lemon (which the server blamed me for somehow). Food was cold multiple orders were incorrect and the server never came back to see if we needed refills. This used be our go to place for everything date night birthday dinners celebration dinners, now I don't think we will be returning.
Haven't been here in a long time. What a mistake it was to go back. Everything about the whole experience sucked. It's dirty, service was the worst I've ever had, the bartender was MIA, my mashed potatoes were cold. It was so bad the manager comped us our entrees. Then the waiter got even more dicky and tossed the pen on the table for the check. Never, ever again.
The GM was so attentive and super friendly. Came up to our table to see how our food and drinks were, which were fantastic! Thank you we will definitely be back
