Ordered a full rack of ribs for delivery. Not only did they put the ribs on the fries, leaving the fries globbed in BBQ, the rack was so pathetically small it fit on a normal 8 inch paper plate (photo included). Better off getting a real rack from a BBQ joint. Seriously, looks like the ribs came from a pig hit with a shrink ray…. Both halves MAYBE account for a normal half rack… if that…
We visit this location whenever we have no idea to eat for dinner. It's reliable, inexpensive, and the food is a consistent 4/5. I'd like to directly acknowledge the excellent service by our waiter last night, Sean P. He was incredibly quick, made sure everything was right, brought and filled drinks, and ran the entire front half of the restaurant on his own. He added the fifth star this time. Give this fella a raise and share this review with him.
Good food and service sucked , Good portions and drinks made very good ... I originally had good service 5stars but went a 2nd time and I walk out because no one person came to the table and say hello for the 15mins we was seated ...
Nachos the first time was cold…yes cold and the ground beef was like bacon pieces very crispy, burnt looking and crumbled, got it sent back to receive a similar plate just warm not hot delivered by the manager. Tried to be nice about it but no..the jalapeños was COLD that shouldn’t have been cold like that. My friend burger looked dry and reheated. We didn’t pay we couldn’t eat left starving, it was Awful! It seemed like the manager wasn’t serious about the problem and our server was absent majority of the time. But was ready for us to order right before we even settled in the seats fully.
Everything went quick from seating to ordering and receiving food. Waitress was good but food was inedible. I had bourbon st chicken and shrimp. Shrimp was pale like it wasn't fully cooked so I moved it to the side. Chicken was missing the cheese and when I cut into it the texture immediately was off, also part of the chicken looked like it was shredding like it was old or something. I still gave it a try and spit it out. Rubber floor mat quality isn't what I expect for a $22 piece of chicken. Absolutely feel sick now and will most definitely not be returning.
We went to this location at 8:30 for dinner it was not busy we were sat the table had pools of water on it we asked for some paper towels so we could dry it but never received the napkins no silverware and we got our appetizer before our drinks. We ordered 3 sweet teas, the 2 for 30 meals with spinach and artichoke dip and two Alfredo and 10 boneless chicken wings, plus my daughter got Alfredo and applesauce. The chicken wings were great the Alfredo was the worst. All three had hard noodles and very little sauce we after waiting for our waitresses to come back to tell her she took all three back to take them off our bill when we received the bill they charged us for a fill appetizer when the one with the meals are smaller and charged us 4.59 for my daughter's applesauce which is a mots my daughter would not drink her tea because they forgot to put surger in it so for 26.96 we got a half size appetizer 10 chicken wings at .50 a piece 3 teas not really drinkable and a applesauce this is the worst applebees I have ever been to
A bad experience. They were out of Boneless Wings...even though that's the advertised special...but they didnt share that until we sat down and gotten our drinks. We ordered off the menu and it took 1.5 hours to get our food. The restaurant was not even close to half capacity and we only saw one table get their food before us. The riblets looked like minced bbq and tasted like old/bad reheated food. One bite and it turned my stomache. The rest of our orders were edible but chicken tenders were overdone.
While we waited for our food..the manager sat at a backtable on his computer.
This has to be the worst experience I have ever received from Applebees. My food was ice cold when I got it. And another guest that was at my table received their food way over cooked. We waited over a hour for our food. We never received any silverware till after the food arrived and they gave us plastic wrap silverware one of which was opened before it arrived to the table. I was so dissatisfied I could not even eat my food with my family I had to receive my food in a Togo box as a replacement. My family members. Had already eaten and was ready to go. While I had to sit back and wait another 20-30 mins for a replacement order to be made. I am very very disappointed and upset with my experience tonight.
