Good food, decent prices, and great service. I had the all-you-can-eat shrimp, riblets, boneless chicken, and endless fries. It was pretty good. My mom had a club sandwich and she said that it was good. Our server was awesome. Always a good time here.
It was my first visit to Applebee's Grill, and I was highly disappointed. I ordered a cup of Chicken Tortilla soup, the Quesadilla Burger, and a Mai Tai mock cocktail. The burger was not good at all, the soup was mediocre at best, and the drink was the best out of the 3. Unfortunately, I will probably not return to Applebee's.
Leslie was an awesome server and make my drink perfect. Karen was wonderful and friendly as always too!
First and foremost, the food was decent for the price. The restaurant in itself is one of the best restaurants(for the price) that you'll find in Benton Harbor. My only complaint is the service. I've been to Applebee's a few times, and it's always the same half- service. We ended up getting our drinks after we got our food, and we had to wait 20 minutes after we were done and paid for our to go drinks. The waitress was never around.
We visited here for a Mom/Daughter night out. We ordered some appetizers, and she got a burger. I tried the new Oriental style tacos, and they were very good, but extremely spicy for me. But I did manage to eat two of them adding sour cream to it which helped take some of the burn away LOL and I took them home leftovers for my son-in-law who also loved them. When the pretzel sticks got to the table our first reaction was we thought they were slightly burnt. But when we took a bite into them oh my gosh they were delicious beyond delicious. They weren't even burnt that was just the color that they normally are supposed to apparently. I would say all in all between the food and our waitress who was very bubbly very happy and took very good care of us while we were there ensuring that our drinks were always full (Ice water and Cola) and checking up on us to make sure that our meals were prepared the way we had expected them. I would say over all this was a great Applebee's experience, we would recommend them, and we will definitely come back again. ????
I went to this Applebee’s on a Monday night at 11:30 PM, shortly before closing time. I did not have high expectations. When we walked in, several employees were doing cleaning tasks, like cleaning windows and wiping down countertops. We sat at the bar. There were only a few customers. The food and service were great! Definitely try the boneless buffalo wings! Overall, an enjoyable late night treat! Thanks Applebee’s St.Joe!
7/16 went for a quick bite with a friend ordered the classic combo appetizer and strawberry colada smoothie. Smoothie was delicious, appetizer was good. Server Sandy G was awesome. Clean restrooms.
Place was busy, waited for 1/2 hour to be seated. Relatively clean restrooms other than a few pieces of paper on the floor. Food was flavorful and served reasonably quick. Nothing jumped out as amazing but everything was delicious.
I love myself a good specialty burger, and theirs didn't disappoint. Very detailed menu that tells you exactly what your food will be like. Staff is great too! (Oh and their fries were literally awesome, and I'm a big fry critic so it's a huge complement coming from me.)
