We arrived after 3, good time to show up for an early dinner. Was not busy at all, walk in no wait, we got seated right away. DOM had OUTSTANDING customer service! He greeted us, got our drinks, super friendly, didn't even need to write down our orders, not a long wait for the food, got an appetizer of chips and salsa and artichoke dip and then Dom even offered more chips to top off any salsa we didn't finish yet. He came back with our water refills just about when we finished our first glass and didn't even need to ask for a refill. The food came out looking amazing! We got four cheese Mac n cheese with tenders and bourbon street chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes both shown in my photos.
He checked on us later to see how our food was but not in a pushy kind of way and also not when we were chewing , haha! I was so full I didn't quite finish but Dom brought me a box no problem. He checked to see if we wanted any desserts. Then he was seeing what else we were up to today and we got into a nice convo. He got a well deserved tip and we complimented him as well. I wish more people were as good as being waiters as Dom because he made our visit to this applebees so worth it!
We had a large party of 20 today for early dinner, which we called last week to make arrangements for all of us, called again on Wednesday, and again on friday to ensure they would be aware of our group. Well we came a half hour before the time we designated and they were not informed we were even coming. But the staff was able to get us all seated together. I wish we had more than 1 waitress, but she did an excellent job. We were very grateful for the staff today even though they weren't prepared due to no fault of their own. Food was delicious and not a long wait at all.
This is a basic bi$ch.. 40$ dollars later.

Sometimes folks you just have to listen to that special person in your life. They are trying to save you. Pray tell.. lol
This location is run like a trash. The communication with door dash drivers is garbage. You people should be ashamed of your lack of service, making a driver wait 45 minutes after giving my original order to the wrong delivery pick- up only to tell them you won't remake it... Rockne's has my business from now on, or better yet a mom and pop restaurant in Massillon. Your management is typical corporate trash. Do better.
Service was amazing. We had the best time ever. I forgot the name of our lady server. She was amazing, very positive vibes.
We went for dinner. The wait time was 15 minutes. We tried the tipsy reindeer and the strawberry merry swirl. Both drinks were good. The strawberry merry swirl gave my friend brain freeze! Lol. We also tried the cheetos cheese curds and flaming hot cheetos boneless wings. Both were good, but looked nothing like the commercial. The boneless wings weren't hot, so lucky me I had a few, the cheetos cheese curds were set atop a pool of grease. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium well. The garlic mashed were a little lumpy, Our waitress/server Brandi M. was friendly, attentive and made sure we received our food fresh and hot. Price to value was accurate. Not bad for a date night.
Usually have a great experience here except this time I was utterly disappointed. My Alfredo tasted more like broccoli than Alfredo and my breadstick had obviously been sitting for at least an hour before i got it. It's stale. Never got the mashed potatoes I ordered, had waited 10 minutes just for them to take our orders for drinks. Waited another 20 minutes for our appetizer which was barely warm and a caesar salad with barely any sauce, finally we got our disappointing meals and we've currently been waiting for about 20 minutes for her to come check on us. She doesn't clean up after herself. Wish I got a full refund. Absolutely disappointing.
Food tasted really good. Just was too small portions. If you're hungry, order an app to go with your entree, or you might leave still hungry.
