I'm so glad to have found Anthony's et al! My stylist Steven D is the best! He recently did my hair for an event and professional stylists were coming up to me complimenting me on my cut and color. The staff does a nice job of scheduling and keeping everyone on time. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes. They have a lot of products that are reasonably priced. It's very easy to get to, have a ton of parking, and are open 6 days per week.
The place is very clean, staff is friendly. I got my eyebrows done by Violet with tweezers (I'm allergic to wax) and she put a lot of attention to details and always talked to me to make sure to have them as I wanted... and they ended up PERFECT!!! I got my highlights and cut done by Ginny, she listened to me and added her professional recommendations, which I decided to follow and my hair ended up better than I could have imagine. I am so in-love with my new look!!! I will be coming back! <3
I finally found an excellent salon that does everything! The hunt is over. I took my mom and my sister to Anthony's' Saturday afternoon to get all of our hair done. Me and my sister had Emma and my mom had Lesley. Emma was fabulous, she did everything I wanted done to my hair, she was really sweet, and we had good conversation. My mom couldn't stop talking about Lesley, she had a great time with her. I will definitely be coming back & recommending this salon to anyone I see.
The absolute best my hair has ever looked. I came in with several issues and Nichole not only fixed a bad cut and color but was able to fix the continued issue of color grow out and silver roots. It's fresh and vibrant and I will never go anywhere else! Hands down the best salon in Jacksonville. With Nichole being the best stylist ever!!
What a great experience!! From the moment I walked into Anthony's 1558, I felt welcome and among friends. My appointment was with Maria, from Italy. What a talented lady! So nice and dedicated! I showed her the haircut I wanted just once, and she did exactly what I wanted, and more! I wanted highlights and with her creativity, she did a masterpiece in my hair! I left the place with a new and amazing look! Kudos Anthony for a great team, and thank you all for the awesome work. Already booked my next appointment!
Best salon I have ever been to. The staff, the cleanliness, the products, makes me feel so good when I walk in. Always acknowledged. Busy salon but not noisy. Has a nice atmosphere. I love my stylist Bowen Barrs, he has transformed my hair and it is very difficult hair to color! I love leaving feeling confident and beautiful.
Steven is an absolutely amazing hair dresser who always takes excellent care of his clients. He has been an awesome stylist and friend to myself and my mom since 2006 (if not longer). I would follow him anywhere and Anthony's is a very nice and clean salon that is a pleasure to visit. Everyone is always friendly and helpful there. I would definitely recommend this salon and seeing Steven for your hair needs.
Steven did an amazing job. I hated going to salons, always left not loving something they've done. Steven guided me in the right direction with my hair that would look good with my skin tone And gave me his input on what he thought would look good on me. You can tell he loves what he is doing! Amazing! Amazing! Ah ma zing!!!!!He's my guy. I'm so happy I found him????
