Ran across an unsafe driver. We were in heavy Chicago traffic when for no reason, he decided to change lanes. He only signaled for about half a second before cutting in front of me while I was parallel with his back tires. I was going about 15 mph faster at the time. His actions caused me to lock up abruptly. I’m convinced he either didn’t check his mirror at all or intentionally almost caused a wreck. Blue then repeated the exact same situation a couple minutes later with another driver. There was no reason for him to switch lanes of the time. I tried to call the office and leave a complaint privately, but the safety line is apparently unmonitored and the mailbox was full.
Terrible and rude driver. Yelling and waving hands at me for no reason. Definite anger issues.
Driver ran me off of the interstate leaving Sioux City, IA going south on I29. 1st issue, Driver was in a lane that was about to end. Instead of pulling in behind me where he had plenty of room, he instead sped up to try to pass me on the right before the lane ended. He just forces me over to another lane when he didn't make it. 2nd issue, within a mile he got behind some traffic and as I was about to pass him he just whips in front of me abruptly. 3rd issue, couple more miles and I am in the process of passing. Again abruptly starts to change lanes. This time there was no space for him and he ran me off the interstate on the shoulder going 75 mph. Then he sped off at 80 mph . Called the safety # and voice-mail was ful so I called dispatch. Reported truck 727 to the dispatcher. This driver is going to kill someone.
I have been working with this company since March 2020. I never felt a need to raise any comment but looking at these negative reviews, I have this urge to share my experience with you all. This company treat their employees as their family members. The honor of any person is to be treated with respect despite of their rank. I believe that every single individual working in this firm is satisfied and happy with their work.
Company owner matthew messed up my order. Denies it. Took my money and keeps saying im the one that cancelled orders. I kept calling he would just hang up on me to avoid giving me my money and blocking my number. This company is a scam. Ive been asking for a refund for 3 months and no one ever gets back to me. Now they have blocked my numbers everywhere… DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I HAVE ALL KINDS OF PROOF AND VOICE CALL RECORDINGS PROVING THIS! DONT FALL FOR IT
Be careful with this company and how Matthew and Frank handle their course of business. They said that my car was dispatched on July 24th but it wasn't. Don't believe in what they tell you. Go with another broker in order to you to avoid future stress.

A driver for the company ran my daughter and I off the road and continued to drive like an idiot after we were able to get back around them. I've made numerous calls to the safety dept leaving voice messages and no return call.
