My dad stopped by to get an alignment today and after they put his car on the lift, a lady drove up and asked for a repair and the guy working on my dad's car stopped what he was doing and went to attend her. He never said anything to my dad out of courtesy. As he was tending to the woman, another guy drove in and after he finished with the woman he directed his attention to the other man, completely disregarding my father and his alignment. At this point my father spoke up since it had been an hour that his car was put on the lift and the alignment being completely disregarded. My father asked if he was going to help him out or not because if he wasn't, he told the guy to lower his car down so he can go somewhere else after being ignored 2x and for an hour. My dad ended up going to city tires down the street where the alignment was $10.00 cheaper and no BS or unprofessionalism. If you're the owner and you're reading this, talk to your guys about having common sense and courtesy. You don't just put a customer's car on the lift only to walk away and pay attention to 2 other customers without saying a word , regardless what the other 2 customers want or need. Tell your guys to get it together. Smh.

Recomiendo al mecánico Gabriel es un buen mecánico conocido por ya 15 años. uno de los pocos mecánicos sincero qué conozco. Son respetuosos y muy responsables.
