A take out window and 2 nice young ladies were very helpful. We got some boudin balls, boiled peanuts, and crackins. Everything was very good
This roadside shack has THE BEST gar balls I can find! Their cracklings are dry, but if that's the kind you like, these may be for you! (I prefer the softer, meaty kind).
The lady at the counter was sweet and helpful. The wait time wasn't terrible and the price was about par for the area. Definitely worth the stop, they have a ton to offer.
We stopped here on our road trip for their pork cracklin and boudin balls! They did not disappoint ???? ????
We got the alligator gar boudin balls, regular boudin balls, and pork cracklin. I loved the regular boudin balls. They had just the right amount of spice. The alligator balls reminded my dad of how his mother used to make them when he was growing up, so he was a fan. The pork cracklins were really tasty, but some pieces were a bit harder than I'd like. I'd still get them again, though ????

Perfect pit stop when leaving Baton Rouge. The food was good. Service was good. Please note you can buy cracklins by dollar amount and not by weight. On my visit, cracklins were about $22 a pound.
Really enjoyed Andre's. We tried the chicken cracklins and fried boudin balls. The chicken cracklins had a good ratio of meat to skin. These were some good gratons. The boudin balls are my wife's favorite to date. We will be back for sure and can't stop eating the cracklins.
Cracklins are great, reg boudin balls are great, pepper jack not my thing and the spicy boudin just didnt hit this time.n
Pork and chicken cracklins with a dill pickle ????????. The jalapeno cream cheese boudain balls are great. Love coming to Andre's when I visit Louisiana, it's a tradition for me.
I stopped of at Andre's to get some cracklins , boudan balls and a few more items great prices fast and polite service best boudan balls I ever had nothing is fried hard nice and light.
