Very clean and professional. My daughter and I worked with Rick. He was great!
So we came here for Friday the 13th and we came here last year and we loved it. Everyone was super nice and they were super efficient. We came back this year and we waited for more than 7 hours and no one would talk to us/ and every time I went to go ask they would walk away. They wouldn’t take anyone who was physically there/ they would wait hours for someone who wasn’t here. At hour number 6 we finally got to talk to someone and she said that we could make an appt for a month later.We said we are already waiting and if she could get to us before midnight. She wouldn’t give us an answer even though we waited for 7+ hours. They still kept calling people who wouldn’t pick up and they would only honor those people. Also because we asked questions, she made it a point to go to everyone around us and avoid us. Also one person would say it was ok to wait inside if you were next, and as soon as you go in there they would kick you out. Look I really do like this place, but everything seemed a little unprofessional and we were very disappointed with the service that was provided.
I get all my tattoos from here and I couldn’t be happier! Gina is my go-to artist and I trust her with all my ink needs ♥️ the vibes here are always positive and I’m happy to say I found my forever shop (: 100/10

Craig Winston rearended us last week ("My breaks dont work", were first words he said... He paid driver (I was passenger in vehicle he hit) $400.00, not caring about about passengers complaining of neck and back pain.. Had vomiting and nausea for 3 days and headaches,back, shoulder and neck pain still persist.. Have sent many read and ignored messages to him as he shows off on IG he is at chiropractor office today.. Irresponsible and uncaring are the 2 best words to describe this man...
I loved it when craig worked there. I heard he no longer does so I most likely will not be returning
