First off, what excellent service Amherst provides. I have multiple vehicles that they service and the tech on staff is top notch. I have wasted my time with dealerships that throw parts at the problem hoping it would fix it with extremely expensive repair bills that never solve the problem at hand. I brought my first vehicle to the dealership that couldn't solve the issue because they didn't have the correct diagnostic equipment to tell me what was exactly wrong but yet stilled billed be for the trouble. I brought it to Amherst and they had the correct and most up to date diagnostic equipment the dealership could just imagine, and was able to diagnose exactly the issue and repair it. I have been bringing all my vehicles since. It has been the best experience and money well spent I have ever had. Since then until now I will hire a knowledgeable tech to fix my vehicles vs a dealership title! I totally recommend 100%

Very reasonable price compared to most,especially the franchise “mechanics”. Had AC charged,condenser fan replaced and it didn’t take long at all to get it done!
This business has taken great care of my vehicles, Work trucks and personal vehicles. the negative post about the Toyota timing belt is garbage. I brought that vehicle she was trying to sell in “great running condition” to be checked out, thankfully I did. It was going to be a money pit and the person selling it was so petty to post a negative review on my mechanic because she wasn’t able to screw me into paying top dollar for her money pit.
He really didn’t care to check anything. I had to remind him to put oil in my car. He only put 1 quart in a 6 quart engine didn’t hook my lines (even tho we reminded him) so our engine locked up and we lost our car. |but hey that’s our fault too|. He will get you out of there fast if you don’t mind walking.
Mechanic is very knowledgeable and helpful. He properly diagnosed an issue with my rear differential that the dealership had misidentified thereby saving me a lot of money.
I love the quick turnaround and that the owner is always honest and really good at what he do! My whole family goes to AA he's awesome!
