The customer service was top-notch and by the way their foods are the best; we ordered ribeye steak, calamari and Ceasar salad - taste so good!

Had a lovely experience at this restaurant a few times now over the past few days. The quality of the food and drinks is very high, which is nice to have close by when staying in and around the Disney Resort (without having to trek into the very busy Disney Springs). The service we have received from the staff has been excellent too; special mention for Karren who has provided GREAT service. He is very friendly and attentive. We are very happy customers!

Large restaurant inside B Resort & Spa.
I visited after 2 long daya at magic kingdom and Epcot.
Eric was our server and he was literally a one man show...ther than whomever is working the kitchen.
He provided great service, provided he had no help!

Loved the American Kitchen Bar and Grill near Disney Springs in Orlando! The burger was a so bomb - everything fresh and made to order. The restaurant's ambiance is beautiful. They’re remodeling the property, but the restaurant is already complete. Definitely worth it if you’re at the hotels. Great service, and kudos to Chad, the bartender, for creating a great vibe for lunch.
Server was nice! However WAY WAY over priced. None of the waffle or French toast options come with eggs or any sides $14-$17 each.
Just a side of two egg is $7 dollars. That is insane !! Which is so sad.
Was given weird looks when ordered the mickey waffle.
Over all DON'T eat here when there are much more satisfying places close by.
I hope what I’m about to say is taken seriously, and not just some over-the-top dramatized review. This was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in my life. The food was amazing first of all. The main thing for me was your bartender. I forget his name, he’s from Armenia though. So kind and accommodating in addition to being a top notch bartender. I’m not lying when I say this, it was an experience I will remember for the rest of my life. He was truly a master of his craft, and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by him.
I really wanted to like this place as the aesthetic is cool, service is awesome, and it’s located within the resort we are staying in. However, it’s the food that makes a restaurant and this meal fell flat. Presentation wise, it’s great but not practical. The chicken parm, on a bed of noodles, not on a plate. As you can tell, as soon as you cut into the chicken the noodles go overboard (see photo). Along with that, the chicken was rubbery and the noodles were over cooked. The burger was pretty tasteless and fries were old, only warm due to a food lamp.
The two stars here belong to the servers. You folks keep up the great work. For the cooks, perhaps we caught you on an “off meal” as we heard other customers praise their food. Ours just missed the mark today.
