This airline has went from being great to straight horrible. Original flight departed at 1209 but it was delayed an hr. After an Hr waiting they said the flight was delayed indefinitely. I contacted American Airlines and they changed my flight from departing from San Jose to San Francisco. As I am about to leave, I get notified by a worker at the ticket booth that my original flight was departing between 3pm and 4pm in San Jose. So I changed my flight back to departing in San Jose. There was no communication until past the time of departure that we are delayed.
This airline does know how to be just straight up honest. This airline is always delayed and having issues. Workers can’t even give us a straight answer. I will do my best to avoid this airline as much as possible.
All I see is Southwest Airlines, Alaska airlines and others departing except American.
AVOID THIS AIRLINE!
Our flight was canceled. Please get new customer service agents Whom actually care for your customers.. attitude from your customer service reps is horrible....
Check in was quick and pleasant, on board care and service was great and overall the flight was very nice. I would fly American anywhere anytime over most other airlines.
I want give him this Airline nagtive rating but google not give me any option. This Airline always cancel his flight and when rebook our tickets this airlines say we rebook your tickets when he going for bording they say your tickets is not booked and his employees say we book already and thay employes always lies you. This Airlines is soo sad.
I have never waited to check in my bags for so long!! And it was literally because of one woman! She was working with 1 couple for 25 minutes without rushing anything on the PRIORITY LANE! I thought priority was supposed to be fast. They really tried to make Delta look like a better airline today.
Absolutely Terrible 1st flight of 7 which 6 are AA with family of 4 2 children 4hr delay s.j coupled with a 4 hour delay in Phoenix to enjoy my first exspensive hotel stay in orlando for 1 hour. Never had any problems with southwest and have used them when I could countless times. This is just sickening. Had no choice had to give them a one star
I have had pretty good luck with Americans! I know quite a few people that have had negative experiences but that has not been my experience. My experience has been one that is similar to most airlines. The seating can be a little cramped and the planes sometimes are delayed in arriving or leaving but I don't think all of that can be blamed on the airline. Sometimes it just comes down to luck. This weekend I took a trip to LAX on American and had quite an enjoyable time. On the way back I decided to splurge and upgrade to first class for 50 bucks. Best decision ever! Super comfy seat and the drinks and snacks served up in first class were fully worth what I paid extra.
The guy at the ticket counter is Unbelievably RUDE. I arrived an hour before my flight, less ~3 minutes, the place was empty, no rush, yet he never stopped yelling at me the entire time he checked my luggage. He should be fired, not exaggerating. Horrible 1st experience with American Airlines.
