It is great to have a cab service, although it is in Independence, Kansas, so it takes a bit of time to get from here from there. They might think of hiring a local driver in the area and expand
The people that run this service are great people! They are friendly, and try to do everything to get you where you're going!!! If you need a cab would definitely recommend this can service.
I rate our services high because I often ride with each of our drivers to ensure the kind of safety and quality that is built into our company. I am sorry if she startled you, I might have been startled, too. Being startled doesn't call for your venom.
You could have simply called me. I seriously am easy to reach. I wonder why you didn't choose to contact me directly.
However, having ridden with her many times over the same tracks. She always slows down because she can't see over the top of the tracks and all but one time that I am aware stopped before crossing the tracks. I am sorry that you had any issues but our guys are trained and reviewed not to do this kind of thing. Please don't yell any drivers as that is a distraction. Since your input, I have reminded all drivers of safety first. I hope this will satisfy your need for closure. We stand behind our drivers.
They were extremely polite and patient and had great customer service. It was my first time using them and I love the experience! I will definitely be using them in the future! Also they are hiring if anyone needs a job!
I was in town to hike the Elk River Trail, a 14 mile through hike. I was happy when I found AmeriCab Transportation because I scheduled a pickup at the east trail-head where I parked my car and they took me to the West trail-head for me to start the hike. This saved lots of time and money by not having to bring a shuttle car on out trip. The driver arrived within a 10min window of our scheduled time and took the most direct route to our destination. They are a no frills service that gets the job done and I recommend them to any hikers traveling to the area to do the same!
My experience with this business has been quite positive. My friend and I utilize this business about once every two weeks to go shopping for groceries, and the drivers have always been friendly and helpful. They have made no comments regarding my friend's physical abnormalities and a driver even helped unload groceries one day. The prices seem a bit steep, but really, that's to be expected considering this is a cab service in a sleepy area. Thanks for all your help, guys!
She was on time although blind in one eye she pulled up on th wrong side of traffic as school was letting out! The day before she ran another automobile off the road cause she wouldn't get into her own lane. I asked if she was hiring in need of a driver, she said I was being rude,
No rude ill be when she gets in a wreck she'll then see
My credit card was charged $130 for a service we never received. The driver still hadn't shown up 25 minutes after he was supposed to be there and we called and cancelled the ride. They were supposed to put the money back on the credit card but instead someone signed my name to a receipt. I sincerely hope the fraud department at the credit card company can do something about it.
