Poor service had a simple tire problem up the street told me they couldn’t do anything unless I drove it there and thenwould be able to fix … got it towed there literally down the street got there the “boss” told me he couldn’t do it because was busy after he just told me to get it towed there inconsiderate very wrong I’ll never go back and I hope no one else does. YOU told me to get it towed the time donest matter at all don’t you know it takes time to get a tow truck to you? You told me to get a towed and you could help if it was THERE it got there and u couldn’t.. your not talking to your kids when you say “that’s now how it works” it does work like that if you do business the way you SAY you did i was told by you to bring it back TOWED so learn how to treat your customers instead instead wasting there time learn business and customer support things don’t work like that because of your lack of customer support! AMAZING!!! I really cannot express how impressed I am with their diligence and work. I spoke on the phone to a gentleman named Caesar. He was polite and knowledgeable about my issue. I was going to take my tire in, and he was going to have a look at it. However, I could not get off work, and my mom offered to take it up there for me. I was hesitant because I do not trust having my mom to go places based on my word from a phone call. My mom was blown away by their service. She said every person she uncounted was genuine and respectful. Caesar explained things with great clarity. My mom left after paying an AMAZING price for what we got. So Caesar and America's Tire Pros not only took care of me; they took care of my mom. That means a lot, and we have a new go-to location for all our needs. Thank you so much, America's Tire Pros!!!

Changed a tire for me drove off a mile or two away and tire came off , came back and was told wasn’t there fault …I’ll be moving toward taking legal action

Being from Florida, not knowing where to go, saw the shop while driving and pulled over! My car was in need of care! They were so professional and helpful! Diagnosed the problems and had it fixed. Cesar reassured my husband that he would take care of me! I would highly recommend this place of business.
Excellent shop for car repair as well as tires. Ceasar is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have truly appreciated getting to know him. I feel that I have found a shop I can rely on. Ceasar and America's Tire & Auto were recommended by the dealership where we purchased our car, a Mercedes S550. That was a great tip. It has taken the concern about maintaining this vehicle off my mind.
I have been really impressed the 4 times I have been through here. As somebody who gets a little too geeky about shopping around for prices, I was pretty surprised to find Tire Guys as the best price for the odd size of tires for my wife's Mazda. After two repairs (not on the tires we bought there) and another purchase, I'm hooked on Tire Guys.
While getting a tire repaired, I was blown away at how well they treated a lady who didn't know the difference between a rim and a tire (after wrecking both). Tire Guys had tracked down the exact same rim and a lightly used tire for her. She was out the door for what you would expect to pay for a single new tire. Honestly, you sort of expect people to take advantage of somebody like that. It was really cool to see somebody taking the time to explain everything to her and do their best to help. She left very happy.
The level of service and friendliness is head and shoulders above anywhere else I have been. The pricing competes with any of the national chains as well.

First time I've seen a tire shop actually spend the time and use a torque wrench to do the final tightening of lug-nuts (as opposed to air hammering them) so you can get them off your self.
They wire brushed the wheel lip where the tire seats so no more slow air leaks from a bad bead seat.
