Best KPortal Reviews

I was impressed with everything here. Our server Hailey was the best server I have ever had.
The food was better than great. Tasty sauce, perfect meatballs, mozzarella sticks were lightly breaded and delicious. Huge portions at a great price. This place is a home run.
Usually great, but what is up with this Lasagna? Generally a full container, and yes, that's American cheese on top of that little peice of lasagna. Not good, will think twice before ordering again.
My mother-in-law lives up the street from this pizzeria, and this is the go-to place for pizza. I love the sauce they use, it's very flavorful and robust. I'm originally from Northern NJ where there are plenty of great pizza places. There are only a handful of good pizza places in this area, and Amato's is one of them!
I’m 41 years old, and have been eating at this place regularly, since I was a very small child. It used to be very good, but ever since the new ownership took over, it has turned into a disaster. It’s really sad, but I will never go here again. I just picked up a personal pizza for the ridiculous price of $13.78, and then they had the nerve to charge me even more for using my debit card, without even telling me, and then also ask for tips! Are you kidding me? It’s a tiny pizza for one person! You jerks did a great job of destroying a once-great pizza place. Pathetic. Also, what kind of pizza place closes at 9pm on Friday and Saturday night? Don’t let the old reviews fool you. This place is FAR from what it it was.
Between adults and children we were a large group of 12 and we were able to be accomodated very quickly on a Saturday. We ordered a few pies just so it would be easier and they came out hot and very delicious! Definitely would recommend to anyone who is in the area.
Ordered from
Doordash and pick up at the store! Crust was good wish it was more crunchier.
It has great air pockets. Cheese and sauce ratio better. I like the pizza not too much sauce and just enough cheese. There was a little cheese pull.
Cheesesteaks- just plain steaks with american cheese. I am not a fan but I applaud them for having the meat cut up. I did not like it because it didn’t taste fresh to me.
Tried the chicken Parm pan pizza. It was really good. Probably one of the best I've had. Chicken is top notch. Few pieces were dry but most were fine. Feels like you're getting real slices of chicken Parm and not repurposed chicken fingers like a lot of pizza places do. Thought the pizza could be a little thicker for being pan style but I think most people would be happy with it. The crust was decent. Its crispy, small, and kinda crunchy in the inside. Also got cheese fries with American cheese. They're crinkle cut and tasted alright. Definitely would try more specialty pizzas. They don't go light on the toppings.
My wife and I went to Amato's based on my son's opinion, knowing I'm a picky eater. He said this is a place that would give me a good meal.
So with no expectations after reading some of the reviews I was pleasantly impressed with the quality service and tasty food.
The reviews state that it's small inside, it's not as small as you might think. My wife and I had lots of room and so did those that were around us.
We ordered an appetizer of french fries and we were given a choice of large or small. I knew small would be too small for me and my wife so we went with large and let me tell you there were a lot of fries on that large platter and they were cooked nice and crisp and hot when we received them.
I ordered a cheesesteak with pepperoni and sauce, and it was delicious. It was a good size for a good price. The meat wasn’t fatty, I like my meat chopped up. This was perfect. It was delicious.
My wife ordered a steak Stromboli, now this came packed with steak and cheese. It was hot and juicy and you get dipping sauce on the side for it. We both enjoyed it although it was a little too big for us to finish in one meal after everything else we ate, so we took that home to finish there.
The prices were very reasonable, so | left there feeling like I came out ahead.
When we sat down the tables were clean and the restaurant staff courteous and attentive.
The food now was very good and the portions were very generous as you can tell by the pictures that I included.
I didn't use the bathrooms so I can't comment on those but if they're kept as clean as the rest of the restaurant, I am sure they are good.
This is definitely a place you can take your family to eat and not break your purse or wallet, I can also see couple's going here and it's good for any age group.
There is an ample amount of parking and room for handicap vehicles also and yes, it is easily wheelchair accessible.
I hope you and whoever goes with you and enjoys a good meal.
