I have moved dentists with my children to this practice and I was so happy with the service. One of my daughters is a little wary of going to health appointments, but the staff were so accommodating with her and reassured her. The dentist we saw is wonderful and was great with the children and myself. All very positive and the kids and I were beaming by the end of the appointment. Very happy to keep our family here for good!
Amazing service from Alsager Dental practice as always. All of the dentists, hygienists, nurses and reception staff are always welcoming, helpful and caring.
They always make such a special fuss of our children too and make them feel so at ease! My daughter now gets super excited when she knows she’s going to see Joey the dentist! Amazing team!
Have always been happy with the care provided here. Called today and they got my daughter in for an emergency appointment right away after a knock to her front teeth. My daughter was Peppa pig for world book day and the team found her a Peppa pig book to read in the chair and stickers and the dentist (Leanne?) and receptionists made her feel very special.
The whole team from dentists and hygienist (we usually see Joe and Emma) nurses and receptionists are all lovely. I used to get really worked up about dentist visits prior to joining this practice, but feel very comfortable here. Excellent customer service! Thank you!
The dentists and staff managed to bypass my phobia when I first started attending about 15 years back.
Nigel was an outstanding dentist and Leanne carries on his tradition.

We as a family have been using this dental practice for about 15 years, firstly seeing Mr Ford before his retirement and now seeing Lee-Anne Wilmot, this practice has cured our dental fear. Lee-Anne discusses & explains everything before she does anything. She is lovely, kind, considerate and gentle and always checks that you are ok.10/10 for patient care
Poor service, Colin retired after designing a treatment plan with me. New dentist wouldn’t implement. Phoned to cancel and then have been struck off after receiving an email to book an appointment. No warning, no contact. Private paying patients should take their money elsewhere. I know I will be
Had very painful wisdom tooth over last weekend. Explained my issue Monday morning, they squeezed me in at 11 to see my dentist, Joe, who advised it needed to come out. By 9:30 the following day it was sorted - Helped restore my faith that people can still offer great service- Many thanks
Registered myself and my new born with the practice in 2020. Have repeatedly been turned away, twice “because of Covid” but have since been told that they’re now prioritising registered patients that need work doing over registered patients who haven’t yet been seen. They’re advise was that hopefully by 2023, they might be able to accommodate my then 3 year old Son’s first check up.
No attempt was made by the practice to inform newly registered patients that they can NOT book an appointment.
