Love the purified water from here for this half a gallon is only 25 cents ???????????????? they also carry 5 gallons & a whole gallon and 3 gallons. The shaved ice is bomb as well its with the same purified water this flavor is cherry& cocunt w/mango popping boba ???????????????? $4. ????????????????????????
Thought it was just a water refill service store til I seen "raspados" on the window. Glad I tried the place cuz their Hawaiian style add-on to the shaved ice (raspado) tasted really good!! Make sure to try it with li hing mui powder topping!
Love it, love it! Anytime my family come to visit out-of-state from Nebraska and Iowa, I take them here. They are so impressed by the product they received. Not to mention how good it taste. Oh wonderful place to go if you are looking for authentic shaved ice. I highly recommend it. Plus it's very close to where I live. And accessible. Yes they could improve the interior Aesthetics and arrange to have some seating for those who are enjoying their Hawaiian ice, but you can always just eat it outside on a sunny day.

Edit: I tried to go recently, and I was very disappointed. I think the ownership has changed because the last time I went, there was no shaved ice available, all of the flavors and toppings were discontinued except the basic ones, and the vibe was very different.
Been wanting to try this place for a while. Great quality shaved ice and great value. $5.95 for a large shaved ice which was more than enough for 2 people. Get it Hawaiian style with ice cream and condensed milk! Will definitely be back.
Best shaved ice in the Bay Area! I love finely shaved and "fluffy" shaved ice - and this place delivers with their Hawaain style shaved ice. Plenty of flavors, toppings and ice cream combos to choose from. When the kids keep begging to come back, you know you've got a winning menu....especially when the kids know it's a 30 min drive each way from home.
Customer service has improved and the water is refreshing. I hadn't noticed the water bottle cleaning station before, it's in the right corner of the water refill station. The shaved ice is absolutely amazing!
The potential for this business is huge, especially in this area yet they are floundering!! I think it is because of inexperience and very poor business sense. I like the product very much but the service and aesthetic are quite poor. The service appears to be the result of inability to afford to purchase at least one more ice shaver and to hire at least one more person and both are sorely needed. I wish them well and hope they step up their game soon. I'd hate to see them go!
