He did all the maintenance and repairs timely and was reasonably priced. He was very honest when there were items on my list that were not necessary to replace. He was very nice. I will be using him as my mechanic from now on.
This is my go-to place and also where I recommend to people. Steve, one of the techs, is great. Really nice guy and I trust his work and what he says needs doing. He was also really nice for talking to my dad about the repairs because I'm not great at relaying that information. Again, great place. I won't go anywhere else even though its not the nearest place to me.
I live in North Myrtle Beach and have called Allen’s Auto twice for a tow. Both times I got excellent service and fast response. Damien responded to my location and towed my vehicle back to my resident. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend Allen’s Auto.
The staff is friendly and polite. Service was excellent. what has happened to prices of oil change these days?? Yaks. I remember only a year or two ago it was $49. Now $95
Horrible… communication between staff and management appears to be nil! I gave them benefit of the doubt and tried their services again with a company vehicle. Missed the need for brakes even after I specifically mentioned the sound of grinding from the rotors… they missed out on a fleet contract! No more chances! They even called me to come pick my vehicle up so they could leave early. Also, if you are a female, they just won’t LiSTEN to you!!
This was my first time bringing my moms vehicle to Allen’s for repair. I am beyond impressed with every aspect of my experience. The ladies at the desk were very kind. I got a call from Steve the mechanic that worked on our vehicle, he was so informative and honest with me. After he finished with the repairs he called to update me and told me he was able to fix another issue as well. Thank you Steve and the staff at Allen’s! I will definitely be back with any issues I have with my vehicles. ????
Steve to the rescue! I was in NMB for Labor Day Weekend and my alternator went bad. As soon as the shop opened after the long weekend they were quick to help, get parts ordered, and had me back on the road quickly given the situation. Not to mention that Steve was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My family is very appreciative and we highly recommend Allen’s!
I am new to the area, in a development still under construction. Unfortunately I got a nail/screw in my tire. They sent a tow truck to change the tire. This was on a Tuesday. I was planning to make the trip back to NY to pick up my last minute things that Friday. They were so helpful, got me in and out on Thursday so that my plans didn’t have to change. They are my new mechanics.
