Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that very much! I thought the price of the room was reasonable and the place itself is in a good area. For the most part, I thought the room looked clean and smelled good, no complaints on that. I was upset about one thing... the cleaning person did not knock on our door before opening it the last morning we were there. We had till 11:30 to check out, and this happened around 9:30 or so. We were all still sleeping, and I'm confused as to why she didn't check with the front desk first to make sure the room was vacant. I would have been more upset if I slept in the nude or was doing "other things" with my significant other. Other than that, we were pleased with the whole place in general. Also, they have snacks there that you can purchase whenever and I was very pleased with the prices, I would have expected them to be higher. We were there for the Draft!
There are some really amazing people running this place. They have a little store on site, laundry on site, and any time you need towels they readily swap yours out. The parking can be scarce by your room if its busy. The cleaning people will flat out ask you if you need anything as soon as they see you, theyre quite efficient. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome in my room!
I stayed here in January 2022 and it was OK. I recently stayed here and noticed that they upgraded for the better. It's a much nicer hotel now. And more importantly it has good value. The rooms are clean and it's a 15 minute drive to downtown Detroit. The service is also friendly. I'll definitely be staying here when I visit Detroit in the future. There's also a decent amount of restaurants in the area.
After my car got a flat, they were nice enough to take me in last minute. Rooms were very clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and location was perfect! Very short walk to a grocery store, gas station and fast food restaurants! 10/10
The rooms are not flash but they are very clean. I would suggest kettles and a couple of bowls and spoons for rooms. All the staff were super nice and helpful but I must give a shout out to Brian who was always helpful and nice but also great to talk to and have a laugh. He really makes the place entertaining and enjoyable
From out of state, I have stayed at this hotel 5-6 times for work. Every time I’ve stayed it has been a good experience.
Affordable & clean motel. The the guy at the front desk is always helpful, plus lots of snacks/food available to purchase in the market???? Would recommend
Clean rooms. Bathroom clean. Shower pressure excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Price was great. 100% recommend.
I come often for work trips. Great value motel and a great staff. very clean rooms as well.
