I have been using this chemist for over 20 years and for my family too. I have always trusted this chemist and have always had my prescriptions from them. Rita has always been very helpful and kind and will continue to use this service.
I have recently transferred to All Saints for my prescription service and I am delighted with the professionalism and promptly and trustworthy service I have received . So frustrating :(.. I'm pregnant and always leave enough working days to inform them of my repeat prescription.. when I call in after 3 working days.. they say the doctor hasn't sent it.. when I call the doctors, the doctors say it wasn't requested.. this has happened 3 times in a row now and is always difficult to get through to them on the phone.. responsibility is never taken and I'm left on a wild goose chase trying to get my medication that has long ran out. It should be automatically ordered and delivered, but I've never had a month where this has been done.. very disappointing and unorganised :(
Superb pharmacy being going there years. Never an issue, staff are freindly and helpful, stocks a large selection of OTC meds, delivery service for prescription are 2nd to non! Well happy

I request my medication but they're always late to send the request to the doctor's, they don't request it unless you call them again to remind them. They don't admit their mistakes, but it is what it is, there's nothing I can really do about that since they must be busy. Whenever I call my doctors they always say they haven't received a request and then tell me to call the pharmacy again. It's agitating and disappointing.
