Need 0 stars.Went there to get a new starter put in. They couldn’t find a used one so I brought a new one that I purchased. Came back when the mechanic said it was ready. He lied didn’t even put the new one in.When I asked about the core so I could get the refund he lied said he already had taken it back and the money should be in my account. They had my car for a month for a starter replacement. There’s so much more shady stuff, too much to txt. They broke two of my windows and wanted to charge me for the repair. They’re rude,unprofessional SCAMMERS.
If I could give this auto shop a negative 100 I would. Not only do they SMOKE in their facility but they have a chained up dog outside in a bad condition, they lock their doors and don’t answer their phones half the time even though they’re 24/7. Very rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER advise anyone to go here. My car went in needing one thing and came out with MORE problems then I went in with! Not only those reasons but they take 3x longer then a professional auto shop. They’re a complete scam. Animal abuse and neglect and all…will be calling animal control when I’m done with this review
The owner of this business is absolutely amazing and goes out of his way to help those in need. Like I was today. I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and this guy stopped to see if I was good. He didn’t stop there he went to his shop to see if he had a tire that would fit and he didn’t have so he then called a couple places to check for me. Then he came back where I was broke down at and changed my tire for me. You don’t have that very often where ppl offer their help. I offered to pay him and he wouldn’t take payment said it was on him. Very professional guy that has a heart to help anyone in need. Thanks so much you are very appreciated and I will definitely share your business info with friends and family. God bless you and I wish the very beat for you guys and hope yalls business brings y’all fortunes cause y’all deserve it that’s for sure.. ????
