This place needs to be reported for bad bad bad service. I had a tire blowout on my steer midnight in Detroit....it was dark so I didn't watch him put my tire on. He finished and pulled off because the bill was paid through 3rd party. I get out to inspect the tire and the man out a trailer tire on my tractor and that the was from 2017 and used. I paid 800$. I called and they won't even answer for me anymore. You guys could get someone killed like this. If the owner See's this please do better. I am reporting to bbb, I have videos pictures and receipts. The pictures are of the replacement tires that I had to turn around and replace 2hrs later.... I paid 900 for 2 steers at loves with warranty and everything versus the 800 I lost on one bad tire from this company.

THIS PLACE WILL DO THE JOB WITHOUT A ESTIMATE AND WILL ROB YOU. DO NOT USE THEM!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! THE OWNER WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I PAID ALMOST $1800 to REPLACE 4 DOOR HINGES AND 1 TIRE. NO CALL FOR A ESTIMATE!!! TOOK THEM 3 HOUR. THEN HE CALLS AND WITH THE TOTAL... Once I started to talk to him he would hang up the phone. He also took the Driver to the hotel because he had another person he had to screw... Then he threaded me $300 a day storage if I don’t pay. I had NO choice but to pay. I will also file a complaint with the state of Michigan...

MIGUEL the owner is a really good guy. Installed a starter in my truck and got me back on the road in decent time.

I know I have seen a lot of bad reviews here but Im happy my experience was a good one.

I would call Miguel again if I had trouble.

Very poor service and timing. Called breakdown at 1230. They gave my company a hour eta to show up, kept getting the run around about when they would come out. I set for over four hours waiting for these people to show up

Complete rip off. Never sent an estimate, never called for approval to do repair off of estimate. Charged 1700 to put hinges on trailer door. When asking for estimate when they called for payment they took the drivers keys out of the truck. They eventually dropped driver off at a nearby hotel with none of his belongings out of the truck. They told him they was leaving and he had to leave, it was -3* outside. Once again he was not allowed access to the truck to get his belongings. They send the invoice for payment so we could see the charges AFTER they dropped the driver off at the hotel. Once payment was made they went back and got the driver to take him back to truck...4 hours later. I would not recommend this place to any company or O/O. Be prepared to get screwed every way you can.
