All American Moving

I booked their services through UHaul the night before I needed them. Although, they showed up a few minutes late, the guys did a fantastic job! Isaiah and Dalton were fast, efficient, and kind. They were done in less than 30 minutes and I would definitely use them again.

Had a great, last minute loading by Isaiah and Justin with all american moving. These guys were very kind and professional, especially considering their youth! Took care of my 5 x 15 unit in one hour and 15 minutes! You need to chose All American Moving if you want the best!

Accepted job and then proceeded to ask details. No one ever showed up or messaged saying they couldn’t do the job. I finally messaged them myself and was told they have 3 crews and no one would be done anytime soon, extremely unprofessional. I’ve had help from this company before-you are better off paying the $10-$20 more per hour and get ACTUAL help. Would not recommend.

I love this moving company they did a move for me few days back and they are the best moving company I think the guys was very nice and the guy was there name Tim he was the best worker I have seen and he was very nice and he was very helpful I was in a upset mood that day and he actually put me in a better mood by taking with me and the other guy Richard he was a very good and hard worker as well and I would recommend that company and specially those two guys to do y'all move for you I was just putting a review on here because they was very hard workers and very nice

Do not book!! We had booked services through U-Haul and we are incredibly disappointed. We called over 15 times and got no answer, we’re lied to TWICE that they were on their way, after 8hrs of waiting they did not show!! We wasted an entire day of moving!

They fit me in on short notice and even with a pick up at 2 locations before drop off still managed to be quick and efficient and get us completely moved in 3 hours. The guys were so friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing movers. Best guys all around!

Called and booked them last minute when we needed furniture and boxes moved into our apartment from a u-haul. Zymir and Justin were the two young men’s names and they were great. Very energetic and communicative about listening to where we wanted things! They helped knock out the job quickly and saved us hours of extra work. Would definitely use again!

Long Review but the moral to the story is use another moving company! Stay as far away as possible! They are NOT insured and will NOT cover any damages that they cause to your belongings! Dishonest Owner! I used this company because it was one of the local ones recommended on the Uhaul website. I set up the move with the owner. On the day of the move, no one showed up. I called. He said he’d see what was going on. He called me back stating that one of the movers had a flat tire. Which was fine. They ended up starting the move more than 2 hours late. One of the employees was a young guy, the other did not even work for the company. He informed me that he was someone that the owner had found on Facebook because he did moving while basically passing through different cities. That was a red flag. He was friendly. However, the guys were careless and rough with my things. I watched them try carrying things on their own or putting it on a dolly and scraping my brand new $1000 coffee table on the ground by trying to wheel it up the driveway alone. I said something to the guy which is the only reason why he stopped dragging it and apologized. The scuffed up the walls in my brand new never lived in home as well. No foot coverings. Just dirty shoes all over the carpet. The younger one complained about how he didn’t know the other guy but that he was moving too slow for him and he had other things he wanted to do. The older guy was too busy talking and made me feel uncomfortable by asking weird questions and offering to stay after to “help” me. After all of this, they told me to check through everything for damages and to let the owner know and if anything was damaged it would be covered by their insurance. Again, most of this stuff was brand new before they touched it. The owner contacted me and told me the total. He tried charging me for total time INCLUDING the TWO hours they were late!! I told him no, they did not start at that time. He changed the price. I informed him of the damages that I’d noticed from his mover’s carelessness. Dented/scratched brand new washer and dryer, busted up coffee table, my dining table (which was fully wrapped and brand new) was severely damaged on the edges, a desk, a dresser, etc. Literally thousands of dollars of damages. The owner said to send pictures and that he would absolutely take care of it. Then he sent me the request for payment for the move. Knowing that the guys who’d done the move needed to be paid, I paid it and still tipped them both. Trusting that he would take care of damages through insurance. After I paid and sent photos, he proceeded to stop responding. I reached out again, and he said that he did not have insurance and would not cover any of the damages. He didn’t offer a refund for the move, an apology…anything. I should have taken them to court since it was thousands of dollars in damages…but I let it go and vowed to do much more research before ever using another moving company. If I can save anyone else from a dishonest, careless business and owner…then I will. Please stay away.
