DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After the furniture/boxes were picked, I was told it would leave from FL a few days later. A week went by and no communication. I was supposed to pay half upfront and half when the furniture was delivered but they demanded money before the furniture arrived or said they would leave it at a storage facility in NJ (my furniture was going to MD). Boxes were damaged upon arrival and the packing in the truck was haphazard. See pictures below.
***** I am reposting this review after feeling bullied to take it down. I first posted the review and got a text from the company saying I lied (just see the pictures.). The moving company and someone named Chad then posted a review about me on an old Zillow profile I had. I am not a real estate agent (and never actually practiced) so clearly it's just retaliation. I would not feel safe around these people. Be Careful.
First of all this is a real review (photo attached for proof) Not going to lie, I was a little worried with the spam of very good reviews and then every other 5 reviews a bad review. I didn’t know what to believe. BUT, our move won’t all American moving and storage went GREAT. Our boy Bill was great at giving us a quote and following up the day before the move verifying everything. We were moving from broward county to palm beach county. Our movers arrived EARLY - worked extremely fast - carefully wrapping all our things. Got our things in the truck in an hour and out of the truck in an hour as well. Did not slack off, were very consistent, nice, and hardworking. They also stuck to the price they quoted us at with NO UPCHARGES. Yes, this almost sounds too good to be true because usually a move is a nightmare. To Bill, and your hardworking movers, you guys are the bomb!!! Thank you so much! You made our move stress free.
I am currently experiencing my worst nightmare with this company.
They and their brokers are totally unprofessional and bring you in with one price and charge you more than what the original cost would be. I'm currently trying to figure out how to get $3000 more than I anticipated!

Our experience with All American Moving and Storage from initial contact with Bill for the estimate, follow-up with Riley to finalize the move schedule to be excellent. I also got a call the day after the move was finished to insure everything met or exceeded our expectations. Roe and his assistant packed and loaded the truck at our previous home in one day. They left late in the day to drive so they could be close to our new home that night. They were there early the following day. Both were very professional and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to insure our move went as planned. I highly recommend All American Moving and Storage for your next move.
They accommodated my move on short notice, and the guys were on time and communicative, but I was overcharged and can't make sense of it. I was quoted a competitive rate for a studio apt 3-hr estimate. I specifically made sure to ask when given the quote if there would be an additional charge for stairs (3rd floor, no elevator) because another company told me upfront that there would be. I was told NO. On moving day, just 2 hours into the move, I was told I had to pay almost $200 over the quoted price because the STAIRS were going to be charged at 1.5 additional hours of labor (× $125/hr). I mentioned that I was clearly told there wouldn't be additional charges due to stairs. No resolution even after I heard the mover on the phone with his boss. This wasn't something I was going to argue about with the moving guys who were busting their tails in the heat and just following orders, so I paid before the guys left, and I wrote to the company but never received a reply. In the end, the guys took exactly 3 hrs 40 min. Per the agreement, all I should've been charged for was the extra 40 min (charges are supposed to be calculated in 15 minute increments beyond the estimated time). Overall, decent workers but dishonest office.
Garbage company for packing and moving. Do not use at all!!! They all fish their reviews, you will get a call at the end asking if it was worthy of 5 stars and if you say no they will not send you the review form. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!
By far best moving company around. They were quick, handled my furniture with care, went above and beyond to break down and rebuild, had great communication - let me know when they were 30 minutes away - and the owner is a genuine guy! 10/10 recommend.
The team arrived as scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently! This was my first time hiring a moving company due to past negative feedback from friends and family and I enjoyed the service! It was pain free, they have all the tools and techniques to move my items quickly and carefully without damaging them. It was well worth the expense!
