If you haven't stopped to check it out, it's about time! A lot of homemade foods but their homemade honey cake (medovik) is over the top! They have regular, coconut and chocolate varieties and they are all to die for! The meat is halal and it is so fresh- they have every day deliveries. Order what you need and the butcher cuts it in front of you! Excellent Uzbek vibe - both in the store and the restaurant. Recommend!
This place has the flavour of a mini market. The grocery store has ample stuff of different taste. Wish the place was a little less cramped which would make feel more welcome. I do recommend the meat from deli and chocolates.
I had the lamb chops and they DID NOT disappoint. The wait time was average and the remolded dinning are is beautiful.
Sadly the service is very poor. No one greets you, the cashier and butcher are extremely rude to the customers. The exterior looks very cheap and dated, sorry. I didn’t buy anything after my experience and just left empty handed.
It was my first visit to this place to pickup mixed grills, the food was so delicious, super clean and the staff were so friendly.
Definitely recommend this place!!
Oh don’t forget to try the cake!
Manti 10/10 (dumplings filled with beef and onions served with I think sour cream/dill)
Tuy Kabob (meat with broth - tender, great flavor.)
Salons Assorti (pickled plate with pickles, cabbage & green tomatoes)
Lamb kebabs - served with picked onions, red sauce and cherry peppers (over charcoal grill I think?) - great flavor, beautiful plating.
Beautiful inside as well & great service
Have you ever tried Bichak? This is spinach with onions in dough, baked in the oven or in a skillet. It is not only very tasty but also very healthy! In Ali Baba, bichak is prepared according to the classic recipe. The bichak’s dough is very thin. Spinach is rich in iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium, zinc, and also contains a large number of vitamins: C, A, B1, B2, B6, PP, P, E, D2, K. At the same time, the calorie content of 100 grams of spinach is only 23 kcal, which makes it an indispensable product in dietetics. This is facilitated by the high content of fiber, which not only saturates and improves digestion, but also speeds up metabolism, which is especially important during weight loss. In this restaurant, Bichak is the most delicious!
Food is awesome and the customer service is very friendly in the market and restaurant came with my parents and didn’t have any regrets or problems highly recommend this place for people trying new foods.
