I had a family reunion in Bend to get to driving from Portland. My tire blew out in Warm Springs. Alfredo and Ramon are the biggest miracle workers. My car had a special tire size and I called every tire shop between Madras and Bend and being the weekend, no one was able to get it in until Tuesday. Alfredo dispatched his team in Portland to bring in my tire within 24 hours. I am so grateful for him and his partner Ramon. In a time that I had such a dire emergency, it was like my brother and father were helping me. I was able to spend time with my family this weekend and get the tire fixed all in one day. I recommend Alfredo’s tow service for anyone. Every time we pass through this town, we will remember the memories we had with you and your team. Thanks for everything guys! ????????
Such amazing service! I needed two tires for my sons car that was stuck at the cove with a flat. I called around hoping that someone would help me and Alfredo’s was more than happy to do it. This is the second time that I’ve needed a service promptly and Alfredo’s tire shop came through! He also works with you to find what is affordable for you! Definitely a 10/10!

Best price in town, went to 3 other tire shops and this place was better by 150$ and I even got a matching spare. The guys were very friendly and I can honestly say I believe they did the best they could to get me back on the road within my budget. Got tires mounted, balanced and even threw in a spare all with 90% tread so pretty new for 475. Went to the place across the road from me and they wanted 280 for 2 tires that were almost bald already. Went to point s and they won't even sell used tires. Wanted 680 for new cheap-o tires. They also got right to work when I got there wasting no time, so I didn't have to drop it off or make an appointment. Tires he had were a bit wide but they seem fine, even told me I could come back in a couple days if I noticed any issues and he would swap them for slightly smaller tires. 5/5 would recommend to a friend
I give them an all around 5 star. We had called all the tire shops in Redmond no one could take us today and we had to go to Portland for a family emergency. Not only was the owner Alfredo able to fix our problem he had us out of there in less then 30 min. The service was excellent they we fast, kind and honest.
I will definitely do business with them again as well as recommend them. They were our angels in the dark time.

Got some used tires here. Highly recommend. Friendly and very reasonably priced. If your looking for new tires as well couple hundred dollars less than les schwab. I’ll be getting more as I pass through for work.
I was on remote road near Culver OR. They got to me in less than 30 minutes, put my Tesla Model X onto their flatbed truck and got me back to Madras fixed my tire for a very fair price and less than the others I checked into. Back on the road in about 1 hrs 15 minutes all total.
Great quick honest service. Austin was a true gentleman. Thanks again for getting us back on the road after identifying the bad stem.
