This is dentist is truly one of the best Iv been too. They made me and husband feel so welcome, every staff member was so lovely to us, I was even offered a slice of cake.
Explained everything to us with options and available appointments.
I’m 40 and I would not change this dentist now. I highly recommend to anyone, if your not on the NHS list the cost are so much lower than private dentist, I was quoted nearly £1300 private near my location and I have just paid £275 for the similar treatment.
We have visited 3 times now and always have somewhere to park.
I had to have an emergency dental appointment over the Easter weekend and this dentist is literally on my doorstep which was handy as I wasn't feeling good and I was overwhelmed by the kindness and understanding that Nicky showed when I arrived. Everyone was reassuring and I am very grateful for their support when I was so worried.

I think it is very hit and miss with this surgery. I went with my daughter and the dentist looking at her teeth was lovely. She was very attentive and kind. However, my whole experience was changed when i went for my own visit and I even decided to go back to my old dentist. This is how my visit went: i was taken in. Asked if I pay for my treatments (Which for the moment I am not as I had a child), i was taken an xRay and told I have too many teeth to be done and I will be put on waiting list for NHS. Not even an explanation on what needs to be done or how long will the treatment last. And when I asked myself I was told rudely well it will take at least 1-2 months to start the treatment only as the waiting list is very long. This is why the next day straight away I got and appointment with my previous dentist even though it is 1hour away from me.
Fantastic customer care and front house receptionists. Also Christina is the most kindest dentist we have ever been to. Love this dental.practise. ???? big love and thank you Katy and Hugo xxxx

Very happy with my experience here, Kristina was really great, carefully explained the treatment I required and answered all my questions. The dental nurse Karen was also fantastic and looked after me really well.
