I have a hard time looking for a good mechanic because I have a hard time trusting them. But Bryan and his dad here are truly great mechanics. They really do try to help you out and give you the best work at reasonable prices. They explain everything and make sure you know what’s wrong before starting any work. I highly recommend this place!
Excellent Service, Fast, Efficient!
I was driving down the road when my BMW began to smoke. I pulled over and saw that a hose had bursted. I called a few shops and “MOBILE MECHANICS” but they were ridiculously priced.
Alexander asked simple questions and came to tow my car within 15minutes. He checked the car, called in to see if the part we needed was available, he loaded the car onto the flat bed and off we went.
Everything all together took less than 2 hours. Thank you very much alex.

I have ADHD and live in LA so I've been in 5 accidents (4 of which were totals) but this time instead of letting the total-happy USAA handle the repairs, I delt with the other person's (in the accident) insurance (Progressive) and brought my BMW X1 to Alexander's. They did the repairs covered in their regularly offered services and went above and beyond by doing body repair on my bumper. It's in better shape than it was before the accident. Fingers crossed no more accidents for me but most likely there's more fender benders in store for me and I'll be here for the next one no hesitation.
Came in for an issue with my steering wheel and it was taken care of in minutes! Most honest and friendly mechanic I've ever been to. That's priceless. I will have my car serviced there from now on! I highly recommend them.
These guys are absolute top notch. I was in LA from out of town with a pressing issue. Every other shop I had called in the area beforehand was short with me and unwilling to help on short notice - not the case with Alexander Complete! Alex and his guys were extremely kind and accommodating. They went far above and beyond my expectations to be sure that I was taken care of. I'm so glad that I found this shop and will be back anytime I find myself in the LA area again!
Alex is a great guy. Very respectful and hard working. He installed all my suspension parts and even helped me out with a unrelated issue I was having with my car that I caused. He went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate you, Alex. Great shop and service. I highly recommend this place. Very clean place also.
