BEST customer service! the hair salon across the street (latin hair salon) messed up my hair so BAD so i decided to head over to this salon and i cannot express my gratitude to the lady who did my hair. She asked all the right questions, made SURE i was fine with how much was getting cut and overall a positive attitude which was great since i was stressed out! thank you!!
I had placed calls to various salons for a cut, color, and style desperately needed for a wedding 2 days away. This salon was the only one that made room for me and I am so happy it did! I received a great color,wash,cut, style, and blow dry for a great price! Martha was great- handling 2 other customers along with me at the same time! I was meant to go there and it worked out! Give it a try too-
I was there yesterday and they made me feel like I was some type of alien they were not nice at all, service was terrible I don't know if it was a language barrier but I would never recommend them or go back there.
This salon as well as convenient is great. I have an appointment monthly. Love Martha! Both sisters are so knowledgeable about anything hair. If you need a new look, stop by.

I have been going to Alex's Beauty Shop for years. I have never been turned away and I am seen almost immediately. My hair is always to my liking except for the times I'm rushing and let them blow it out wet. ???? I love the way they cut my hair, but you definitely have to let them know to only trim a little if that's what you want. If you don't specify then you might be upset but even then I still wind up liking it.
Not a fan. Stylist chopped my hair off when I told her I need a minor trim. Not because of damage but because the front of my hair is naturally shorter than the middle and back. One big blunt cut leveled it all. Not happy. I should have never looked down at my phone those few seconds.
Went in for partial highlights and for the first time was extremely disappointed. I held off looking at my hair till late evening so the color would set in. Horrible! The partial highlights were only down the center on top and more on left and hardly any on the right. Onw patxh is way too light making me look bald. My hair has NEVER looked so bad!! I have been there previous times and was pleased. I won't go there again. Now I need to come up with the money to go elsewhere to correct this horrible mess.
