Five stars!! I was stranded with my two young kids on our way home to San Diego, and luckily a parts shop nearby recommended Alex here and his shop. He was so kind, immediately diagnosed and repaired the alternator so we could be on our way. Very honest and extremely fair price, this would be my go-to shop if I lived nearby. Many thanks Alex!! Mechanics here are honest, and cheap. I've been going here ever since my mom introduced me to them. They are right next to Costco, so some people enjoy a stroll around there until the repairs are made. I have never had a problem here in 10+ years
Fair prices are the main reason I make my way over, but I stay for the thorough and helpful staff. I went in for an oil change, and without having to ask, the mechanic checked the air pressure in my tires and brought them to safe levels. All around very thoughtful and good service! I'll be coming again.
Great service and fast turn around time. I had my timing belt done. Gentlemen there very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained to me what was going on what what they were doing/replacing. Very professional and didn't seem like they were jerking me around. The price was exceptionally great. Will return. A+ service and highly recommended.
Very honest people, will not charge you to take a quick look at a problem you may have, only after you decide to proceed for the labor work. One time I went I told them my steering was not good and he added steering fluid without charge! Very nice people!
I've been lucky to have been using Alex's Auto Repair for about12 years now, and I've never had such great machanics in all of my 52 years on this planet. This place gives me reason to stay on planet Earth for a while yet before I continue my journey. (.....Just joking, folks. But honestly, these guys are the best ever!!!)
