I am a very regular customer who comes after 1 AM. When the person taking my order is Kathy, my orders are always correct and exactly what I pay for. I went on two separate occasions where it was a young man taking my order. Apparently during those days it’s also a different chef. I got my ham burrito without sour cream and didn’t think much of it just thought that they forgot. A couple days later I went again and I explicitly told the drive-through make sure they put sour cream since it was missing last time. He assured me that they would put sour cream. I get home and there’s no sour cream. the next day I go in person around two in the afternoon and I explain the situation, the lady said she cannot give me a refund unless I had the receipts. I did not have the receipts because I was not in my car that day. But I do have them. I left my phone number and she said she would give it to the manager so that he could call me and it has been about two weeks and I have not received a phone call. I let Kathy know what happened and she explained to me that Should try to go in person in the morning in order to catch the manager when he’s there. Super lame that he Could not be proactive about it and give me a call. The food is only good when Kathy is there otherwise, whoever that chef is, is not doing his job. I won’t even order food if it’s not Kathy, who takes my order since To my understanding when she works It is a different chef who is making the food
I gave this location a second chances and each time I ordered the carne asada fries!!! Both times that I ordered them the container was hot but the fries were cold, cheese would not melt and over all it was disgusting ???? 13 bucks pretty much gone down the drain last night!!! And the lady who took my order guaranteed the fries are always made fresh… I think not… I’ll continue to drive to the 4th street location
I came in for a quesadilla & it’s the Best quesdillas in the Fontana area customer service was amazing the young lady at the drive thru window the one with tattooed eyebrows was very helpful and sweet thank you Yesenia ????????
Dunno if this was just an accident or a scam, but on their drive-thru menu they offer the 3 rolled tacos with or without guacamole seperately. I’m not a fan of it so I got it without, but was charged for the price with guacamole. This was an old menu I used for reference.
Went inside to order, it's lunchtime and not one person in the restaurant, now I know why. Food is like warm, taste like the Mexican dinners in the frozen food area at the store. No offense but taste like Americans made it not Mexicans,no flavor, 30 dollars for two bites I'm gonna give my dog the rest. Save your money. Now I know why the street vendors are always busy
Visited drive thru got home and 1 of the order was missing from 5 meals,called and was told to drive back so they can verify I was missing asada fries, told him are you going to give me new food cause I'm not eating it cold, he said no. Ate put containers back in bags and took back, he checked containers and wala missing an order, all that to lose a $3k a year customer. Bye Bye
Lady in the drive thru with the blue hair was a pleasure. Me being a fast food manager wish I could’ve had her at my job. P.S. If you respect the employees, they’ll give the same respect back.
Just ordered $35 worth of food and it was covered in guacamole witch would of been great but it's super super rotten and now all my food is un eat able. Taste like it's been sitting out for days. Called with no answer. Why cover ur tacos in guacamole that is rotten? I have a feeling they knew it was bad so that's why that used so much, to get rid of it. This is so sad. Drove 20 mins away since this was the only albertos open
