Even though i have been their customer for many many years they treated me so bad the last time. They want to withhold $616.00 on agent fees for four tickets for a flight that was canceled due to covid from British . It was not my fault at all . The flight never happened. I asked them to resolve this issue in a pleasant manner and they are ignoring me. I was willing to even pay them for their time that they spent to search for the tickets still no response. I asked Albana to tell the Elvira to call me back and she did not. I have to choice but to send them to court. From what they are doing they lost my business, and my relatives as well. I have one advise for all Albanians ' stay away from Albania travel. They are a bunch of crooks
Crooked very bad experience. I had purchased 4 tickets, called them and booked the tickets which they had sold me without telling me they don't include any luggages. When i got to the airport i had paid $180 for both lugagges.and (sadly I look forward to pay a tripple fee coming from Europe).
When i called to find out why they didn't discose those informations.they basically told me we cannot do any thing about it.
Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional and lack of training . Its to of a long story to explain but i purchased 7k tickets frim them and they made our trip to albania a living hell because they never put us in the system and caused a glitch in the system. Then in italy i had to repurchase the tickets. Some how me and my family got back and now their under investigation from my bank. Im really suprised theirs positive reviews dont do business with these ppl or you will learn the hard way.
I am unsure if this agency is aware of what the norm of conduct is in an American based business, but this quality of customer service is abhorrent.
I needed 2 tickets to Albania for the next day for a family emergency and Albanian Travel were the only ones that found available flights and the price was reasonable.
