Horrible place. Dirty and a place I will not get my hair cut. The guy is rude and not pleasant to speak with. The bad reviews are true; I would not return to this venue. I felt safer walking around the neighborhood at midnight rather than returning for a haircut with Alan. He embarrassed my friend and doesn't even deserve the one star i have issued him. The mall has really improved and has some wonderful outlets. I like the eating establishments and Petco has always been great. The Alan's Haircuts brings the center down. He feeds the homeless and that enables them to remain in the area. Went to this store once, will never return. It is unkept and dirty inside. The lady before me was complaining that he cut her son's hair too short on top. she was really made. All Alan said was sorry, and that he didn't like working with children's hair. How rude can someone be to a customer. The landlord or property manager should really look into if this establishment is of any value to the center. I hope that someone from the property management company is able to review this. I like the center, but this place has to go. I don't want to rant, however, I want to save someone else from having to go through what I did and customer before me with her son. My friend just talks about how rude he was talked to by Alan, and he wasn't even there to receive a haircut. Good luck, this is one customer that will never return. horrible place.
Alan's Cut is a very good place to get your hair cut. I've been going to him for some time, allways pleased and the price is fair. I give him $20 - $21 for an adult males hair cut.
I love this place! Very quick and reasonably priced. I tell everyone about this place looking for a nice fast haircut. I will definitely be back.
