Today I just took normal Fries for little one.
They charged me £3 for fries
Which is totally rip off.
I know everywhere is effected with inflation.
But honestly speaking this takeaway use to be very good before this management.
But here it was just normal size fries.
You can buy anywhere in bolton £3.50-£4.00 pizza meal.
I must say avoid this place. Its rip off.
we ordered food when driver arrived asked us for £6 extra we said no. I phoned the boss and he said we was correct. meanwhile tge driver decided to kick at our door.. when my partner was outside the driver was so . so rude call us bad names... we told him to leave.. when I opened my kebab there was about 4 pieces of kebab on nan bread.. very disgusting. when I phoned them back to collect it and get a refund. I was told to take it back myself then he hang up on me... I will never order from here again. very very rude and the food is not worth the money.. stay away from this place...
Would not recommend this place. The staff taking orders are idiots. They do not speak English very well and on one occasion noted down the address incorrectly which meant I had to wait over 2 hours for food and this time around sent me the wrong pizza. Will not be ordering from here again. Shame because when staff have some sense the food is actually nice but they have such stupid people taking orders it is impossible to have a happy takeaway. You’ve been warned. Don’t bother
I ordered from here today mistaking it for a different takeaway. I rang 3 minutes after and he said they hadn’t received it. I rang 2 minutes after and they said the order was made so we couldn’t cancel. It was a £40 order which couldn’t have been ready in 5 minutes unless the food was old. They responded very rudely when asking for a refund, telling me it was my fault they misunderstood about the order. We had to go to the shop and the boss stood there with a smirk telling us he cannot do anything and it’s not his fault. Disgusting service from them will never be ordering again!
Awful - every single time. Instead of fresh tomatoes got squirts of tomatoe purée on my pizza. Last time got few chips which were uncooked on top of the pizza instead of it being separate.
Edit (reply)- unfortunately Uber eats is linked to the farnworth branch so yes now I won’t be ordering again through Uber eats. Urm no if I chose fresh tomatoes as a topping that definitely does not mean tomatoe purée on top of the cheese.
Ordered wings and chips for collection. Notification said that it will be ready 10 minutes later. I turn up to the shop and am told to wait another 5-10 minutes. After that I am told that it will be another 20 minutes otherwise “ we can give you yesterday’s batch “. If I hadn’t paid online then I’d have left a long time ago. It’s been 45 minutes and I still haven’t received my food. I definitely will not be ordering here again.
Just received my order 3 pizzas not what I ordered when I called them they can speak English properly so hard to communicate with them. One of the pizza was nice and spicy one off the mean ingredients is jalapeño they said we forgot it next we will put it, and the other pizza is shawarma chicken they put tandoori instead the margarita they got it right. Very very disappointed I will never order from you guys again.
