Food is 5 star. There are many Mediterranean restaurants or Arabic restaurants in metro Detroit, but not a lot of them are Syrian. Have you ever had cherry kabob, no, then you have to come here. Everything else is great too. One of the best fattoush salad I ever had.
The only knock I give them is that their pita bread taste like from the grocery store. It is cold and tough. Also the restaurant is getting old.
Came here for lunch and ordered the combo for two with hummus and fattoush salad, as well as jallab for our drink. It was all delicious, and the spices and garnishes in the combo really made it taste special. I'd say it was pretty good value too, given the portions and prices. It was our first time trying Syrian food, and we'd definitely go out of our way to eat it here again!
Returned again for a Carry out, while waiting was offered a delicious Tamarind juice. Very welcoming business.
Food was fantastic, if you are a meat lover this is the place, the owner, waitress were welcoming and very nice, first time here and pinned the place as my favorite. Lamb head, cow feet, lamb tripes, to squash my meat appetite. Please visit, everything fantastic.
This restaurant is perfect. I brought my friend here because he had never had Syrian food before. He thought is was so flavorful and some of the best food he's had in Michigan. It's a little upsetting because now when my family cooks a meal for him, it'll never be as good as this. If I lived closer, I would eat here every week. The staff is really sweet and helpful with the menu. We got the kebab combo for 2, spicy hummus, fattoush, and jallab. I had never had jallab before and it was so so delicious. I can't wait to go back.
Most authentic Syrian food in Michigan! The dishes were large portion sizes and packed with unique flavors. You could taste the quality of the meat. Will definitely be going back to try their other items!
Food was served fast and tasted great.
I would visit again to try other menu items.
Best fattoush salad I have ever tried, it sure was great apitizer!
Authentic Syrian cuisine. A sweet syrian couple are running the place and they have many delicious dishes. Cherry kabob was amazing. They also have some exotic dishes (for average Americans) like stuffed lamb stomach and braised lamb head. It is absolutely amazing but not for the faint of heart LOL.
Seriously wow. Finally something truly authentic and a different menu compared to all the other Mediterranean restaurants with the typical kabob and Shish menu.
We tried the lamb head the makadem fatte and masareen. So delicious absolutely phenomenal very clean and done professionally. It’s diffidently a place where you come to indulge and not count calories. The kitchen and the staff were absolutely sweet. The place needs a little updating on the inside but other than that it’s probably the best taste of Mediterranean food in Dearborn and we almost tried all of them. We will definitely come back every time we visit.
