This place is awesome. The service is great. That Bagel on the pics was only $5.00, it's called the All Cap Special, the price and taste beats any "Bagel Me" Bagel. The fresh squeezed orange juice was also delicious. It was $3.50 which beats the $5 orange juice at restaurants. The place is small, it has a few tables inside. Definitely coming back.
Staff was nice, prices somewhat high but standard for the nice location. Capp Special bagel was 5 stars as well as the Cappuccino
LOVE Al Cap!! Ryan and all make you feel so welcome, and the coffee is amazing. You have to get the iced coffee, because they don’t just give you regular ice cubes, they make coffee ice cubes so when it melts your drink doesn’t get all watered down. WHOA!
I have supported this place for years I always get the Al Capp special which is cream cheese, avocado, tomato, and lemon pepper seasoning on an everything bagel. I have to be honest… ever since the young guy started making the food early in the morning, I no longer desire to go there. It’s just not the same.
Coffee was absolutely perfect, and the sausage and egg sandwich was delicious!
I appreciate the establishment, but I had an encounter with one of the staff members that left me feeling uneasy. While I was attempting to step outside to enjoy a smoke, I went to the front area to do so. However, an employee approached me and requested that I refrain from smoking to prevent any smoke from entering the premises. As a customer, I genuinely intended to be respectful, but this interaction left me with mixed feelings.
I’ll admit, I didn’t have very high expectations because this small cafe is in a strip mall... but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in! They have a large coffee/drink selection and the baristas (I assume they’re family owned) were super nice and sweet. LOVE their freshly squeeze OJ too! ????
Coming all the way from Virginia, this is my third time in the Newport Beach area. Without a doubt, the iced coffee is the best I've ever had. Not even a close second. I look forward to how many times i can make it for this excellent coffee.
