Went there specifically for the Mediterranean pizza. Had it once, a while back when work ordered a bunch of pizzas and fell in love with it. As a warning, it is an EXPLOSION of flavors!
Garlic, arugula, prosciutto, blue cheese and balsamic fig jam! The blue cheese gives a bitter start mixed followed by the prosciutto and ending with the sweet touch of the fig jam. The one draw back, which is merely personal preference, is it being extremely thin crusted. I enjoy it enough to not let it bother me.
Place said it was opened until 7pm, it wasn't. Tried calling 5-6 times to place an order since one of the pizzas was gluten free and diary free. No answer. Ordered online and it accepted the order and thankfully I chose pay in store because I got there at 630pm and it was closed. No one there. Good thing I don't live close because I will never attempt to try their food again.
First time trying this Pizza establishment. I went to there online site and ordered a pizza and was billed, but not delivered. I called back two hours later and was told I used the wrong site, (I didn't). Ordered another pizza and it arrived without the correct toppings an hr and a half later. It was like cardboard and even the delivery driver apologized. They billed me for this as well and I'll take it up with there manager on Monday. I should have went somewhere else, but try to stay local. Now, I know where not to go. Its pretty sad when Domino's is faster and apparently better when I live 5 minutes from AJ'S Grilled Pizza and there prices aren't worth the poor quality ingredients. First poor review Ive ever written. Sorry AJ's, you really let me and company down in so many ways.

Not impressed
The fried dough is made from their pizza dough and very dense and wasn't cook all the way through I took a bit and the middle was not cooked at all and when I brought it to their attention the lady said she would drop them in again... knowing I bit into them already I found that odd...
Pizza was lacking flavor and was very runny. Not a fan of the flavor very bland.
Fries were the best part of the meal... they normally put cajun powder seasoning on them and I asked for them to put Parmesan cheese on them and that was nice... they were very accommodating and nice people.... just was a little lacking on something in for flavor. But did have a wood fire cooked taste which was nice.
I should say that the Cajun fries are quite tasty but the Signature Steak burger was way under seasoned and bland. The smell of woodsmoke out side was amazing and drew us in but the food inside was a let down. Three burgers and three sodas was a $62.00 bill. I thing that's a little hefty for a quick lunch.
The very best most insanely delicious Porchetta sandwich we live for every spring Mott release day. So much food for the price. 12/10!
WORLD CLASS Chicken Parm Sub! They put pesto on it and it was a complete game changer! I’ve never seen that before but now I can’t imagine having it without ! The entire family loved their meals and we will definitely be returning.
I am loving AJs! The pizza and wings are awesome, they have killer dessert specials (those cake pops! Wow!) But I personally love the par-bake. I can get a great pizza ready to go, but can bake it in just a couple minutes when I'm home and ready. Makes planning so much easier!
