Very unprofessional thugs mechanic lied about my car needs a engine don’t want to diagnose the issues. I noticed the shop owner or manager has a gun on his holster. They tried is to take advantage of me despite it is walking distance from my house I am no longer going back to the poorly run garbage of a establishment I do notice the mechanics been drinking alcohol on the job. It is very uncomfortable unwelcoming environment uninvited environment for any customers to bringing their cars to be worked on

I needed my power window switch changed. The mechanic told me to pull on it. As if he was going to fix it in the next 20mins. Well I was there from 10:00am to 2 pm. For a window switch, the guy charged me 125 to replace. My fault because I was thinking he wasn't going to charge tasty much because Carmax was only going to charge 65 and that was with the part included. Another I haf bought the part he only had to put it on. First and last

When I show up last minute on a Friday evening... Vic made sure I was taken care of before my road trip.Everyone is always friendly & helpful
So I had got a oil change here. I rode past there sign and I was like OHHHH $5 for a oil change. For one they CHARGED MY CARD $15 instead of $5. I did not dispute it when I checked my statement because it was still less I would pay elsewhere SECONDLY after getting my oil changed my car was idling high and rough. The tech at this shop said it would stop as I drove my car. It did not stop. My check engine light came on. My car is now at the dealership getting work done on it’s engine due to how my oil filter was installed. I just feel like if they didn’t know how to service my car they should’ve just told me. Now my repairs are starting off at $1900. JUST GO TO JIFFY LUBE AND DONT GET BAITED BY THIS $5 oil change sign
I bought my own parts and they didn't put them on and they didn't gave them to me. They kept them. How I know this is I sent my van to the Ford dealership and the Ford machine said my coils and spark plugs was old
