Absolutely terrible . Ring a number same voicemail same voice, away or not in . 2 years and still waiting . Full Liability admited by other insurer from the start , done all the medicals , physio , psychological appointments. Do what iam change law firm u are in your right to if unhappy.
Absolutely awful experience with ageas. I'm 2 years into my claim.. Still waiting.. I've had to chase them up monthly to get things sorted. I am just on the negotiation stage.. As I have been since January... And now I can no longer access my portal. I've emailed and called, even messaged on Facebook to get zero response at all. An absolute joke of a company who are supposed to be helping people!
This company does not even deserve 1 star. Absolutely despicable and do not care about the client. I did not receive any help and had to fight for a year an half to get only a 5th of what was owed to me. I advise anyone to stay away from this company. . unfortunately they caught me when I was vunrable after my accident and I didn't read the reviews or look into this company. This company does not deserve to be open and practice as a law firm.
So I received an email from this company saying that i have cancelled several orthopaedic appointments (now it's chargable) when I haven't! I cancelled one as I thought I possibly had covid-19 now I'm not the person to go around spreading possible Covid-19! I have had about 10 case workers or more in the passed 3 years my claim expires nexr month and nothing! Now I'd like to know why I'm being passed from pillar to post! I've nothing but "your case handler has moved up in the company" had enough now I want some answers because something isn't adding up and being accused of something I haven't done doesn't sit right with me!
My case as been going on since April 2019. It was put to the MIB as the people responsible ran off at the scene.
Ive had a terrible experience with this company.
They have changed my case worker about 7 times. They don't reply to my emails or telephone calls. Im so
Stressed out.
Please just bring my claim to an end. Almost 3 years
I can never get in contact with them at all. When I ring, the phone cuts off after 30 minutes on hold. This has happened over 5 times now.
I have tried emailing for updates but never get a response.
I have no idea who my case manager is..
People would just appreciate communication! It isn’t hard.
Would give them a ZERO rating, but its not possible!
My no fault accident was over 3 years ago, still delay after delay and wrong information. I have to constantly chase them for everything and they are apparently on my side. I have complained to supervisors and via the website, but nothing has been done. Avoid if you can, but certainly DON'T pay for this appalling service with your car insurance!!
I've never dealt with such an ignorant company, should definitely not be aloud to practice. I've sent so many emails over the last 8 months nobody gets back until you log a complaint!
