I had a flat tire and needed a tow. They were very helpful, quick, and did a good job and treated my car carefully. Both the person who took my call and the driver were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them! The price was reasonable and fair.
My son was in an accident on Friday evening and I called the next morning and talked to the gentleman at the towing company and he gave me all the details on getting the truck out. He was very nice and since I had to work he communicated with me several times and in return I communicated with my son and I gave 5 stars because he was helpful, polite and overall experience was great! Thank you for helping my son!

Called these guys on a Thursday afternoon. Needed to get towed about a block to a tire shop, which was frustrating. They were quick and courteous. Cost me $80 but only waited 15 minutes, worth it.
I called for a tow due to flat tire the owners son came within 6 minutes of me calling in . Was very nice and respectful . Might I add don’t stress if you have people with you I had a total of 7 people and he was able to fit us all in the cab. 10/10 recommend calling First in town. Also cheapest in town ????
Do not trust them, broke down just outside Greenfield and they came and got my car. Owners son picked it up and towed it back to their shop in New Castle, told me the tow bill would be cheaper if they fixed it. This was on a Friday and said they would diagnose on Monday and call me, I didn't get a call so I went in Monday after work, they said oh sorry someone was supposed to call. Then they showed me the destroyed front fender on my car. They said they were already on it and had a body man that was going to fix it, wanted 500 dollars to change alternator. Then told me they ordered the wrong fender. My fault, I should have called the police on them as soon as I saw the damage to the car.
Could never talk to the owner Brian, only the kids he has working at the shop, I finally insisted on Brian's number and talked to him, he told me it really wasn't his responsibility since it only happened on his lot but he was going to fix it because it was the right thing to do, told me I needed to talk to his body man about fixing it.
His body man has been giving me the runaround for two months, says he has the fender and texted me a couple of weeks ago saying he had the fender and would fix it the following weekend but then ghosted me. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSSINESS, they will say anything to to get you off the phone and then forget about you. Again this is my fault for not calling the police immediately but would have been nice if Brian was actually a man of his word but his actions say otherwise. BEWARE OF THIS BUSSINESS.
These guys were friendly and came late, in the dark , at -3°F and drug me out. Professional job A+ on service and safety. Highly recommend.
Don't do it. Bryan and the New Castle police work together. These are not good guys these are scammers. Don't let Steve touch your car. THESE GUYS ARE NOT RELIABLE. USE DAVIS TOWING. I'm sure if due diligence was done into Mr. Bryan and his wife's business practices something would shake loose.
Really nice guys, i needed a quick tire change and they beat the big tire store price and did it in a few minutes. Thanks guys ????
