i walked in at 7:20pm. the waiting room is EMPTY. AND i made an appointment online. and i get told the Doctor doesn’t want to take anymore patients. COMPLETELY EMPTY waiting room. They close at 8pm. incredible
I think for an urgent care place, the doctor was great and better than most private primary care physicians, it was a pleasure to speak with the doctor who attended me and highly likely to return as needed. Sadly I didn’t get his name but should have. Would love to have him treat me further and more throughly. I have visited the facility 2 twice and always well received and cared for my situations. Clean facility and assisted staff inside as well.
It was very clean. The staff were very courteous. I just found that the doctor was a little arrogant and if I had a choice to see the same doctor again, I probably wouldn’t other than that. They were super nice. My appointment was at three, but I didn’t get seen till about 3:15 even though there was only one other person there waiting and then when the doctor finally saw me, he wanted to give me a medical lesson instead of giving me answers to my questions like what do I have, and what are you giving me to treat my symptoms ? It was sent to the pharmacy. Have a good day. That was all! Until I read my discharge papers I then knew what was wrong.
Everyone was pleasant! The doctor was attentive to everything I explained that was wrong with me. I wasn't waiting for a long time. They also have the option to schedule your place in line and you can also register beforehand! I would definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to other people. Thank you so much!
I went in today and received wonderful attention from the entire staff, including front desk and the medical staff. Quick turnaround time. I had to draw blood and my veins are so tricky, but they got it on the first attempt. I felt very heard and understood by the medical professionals. One of my best medical experiences. Thank you!
The doctors at urgent care were very caring and considerate. My daughter struggles to cooperate and somehow the doctor got her to ! In no time we were in and out, and we quickly received our prescription.
Healthcare here is good, staff is friendly and kept clean. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because twice I mentioned about the broken doorlock on the bathroom door and the management still hasn't fixed and considering I've been here 3 times already.
I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. I’ve gone to this location a few times and it’s been fine, but today I brought my daughter for a painful cough. It didn’t seem too serious but wanted to check it out. I wasn’t given any sort of diagnosis, and was prescribed what I thought was a couple simple things. I didn’t receive any paperwork (which I did ask for and was told I could ask the pharmacy for paperwork on the prescription) as far as diagnosis, treatment, or anything about the prescriptions that were prescribed to us, which ended up being 7 items !! I had no idea what to do with them all and when I asked the pharmacy they told me to ask the doctor. I called the location to see what I should do with all this medicine and never received a call back, only a text asking me to review my experience. I feel like they blew us off while also prescribing us a ridiculous amount of medication.
