Consider I've just had two BAD experiences with other car garages and both of them were popular garages.
To turn up here to a much cleaner environment, less chat & more getting on with the checking the job I came in for and to explain why the job was needed to be done (without jargon) and to then get the go ahead to do it was already a pure delight and how business should be done. Check>diagnose> inform customer>get the go ahead>do the job>test>job Done.
Within what felt like 10 minutes the car was done and not only that, THEY TEST DRIVE THE CAR UNLIKE OTHERS which really puts my safety at ease. The last place gave my car back with worse brakes and the steering wheel wasn't even straight.
The cost was half what everyone else quoted me and I'll be sticking to these guys who actually give a rats about the job they are doing.
Five stars are easily awarded.

Great bunch of guys who saved our week after golf malfunctioned on M5! Limp mode meant we slowly exited at Weston SM & found this business at 4pm on a Friday. Bless their hearts, plugged in diagnostic app & located fuel injector problem. Part not available until Monday, but they fixed it as soon as received & notified us at lunchtime.

I have been using this garage for several years now. I have always found them friendly and helpful. I have used them for big and small jobs. The big thing for me with any garage is integrity and trust, and based on my experience to date I believe it is there with this garage. Very happy to recommend them to others.
Got stranded after my downpipe bolts decided to exit the car. This garage sorted me out with no notice and couldn't have been more helpful. I just wish I lived closer so I could use them as my regular garage.
I can't thank you enough for sorting me and saving me the cost of a recovery truck.
I bought my car into ‘Advanced Auto Services’ regarding an ECU issue with light appearing on the dash. After the garage had been working on the vehicle for a few days I had a lovely phone call telling me the problem had been rectified and I could pick it up. After I had paid for the labour & materials, I turned on the engine of the car to find the warning light was still present.
I got straight back out the vehicle and looked for the owner. After questioning the owner on what I’d just paid around £400 for, his reply was ‘that’s another issue, not our problem, I fixed what I thought the issue was”. We exchanged words for around 10 minutes before I eventually left the premises; I was getting rapidly more frustrated as I realised I had been robbed blind. He made no effort in negotiation on getting any money back, shocking way to treat customers.
I could also see the owner was shaking and sweating quite badly at this point and as he was older gentleman I didn’t want to cause him any further problems that he might already have e.g heart attack.
I personally think he didn’t have the correct equipment/software to pin point the issue in the first place and guessed what the problem may have been.
I would not recommend this garage. Robbed. Keep the money!
Popped in for some advice, Ben and Fred generously gave of their time and have offered me a cost effective solution to a problem I have with my T5. Couldn't have asked for better - oh and watch out for their lovely dog Dexter, he's a sweetie!
