The guy was in the cashier didn’t know anything about what he was doing. I bought a battery today. He almost giving me the wrong one. I find my own battery from the advance, auto parts application and showed him. He told me I can give the core to any store but it’s end up I have to give it the place that I bought. This place needs an improvement soon as possible.
Helpful with advice on where items are in store. The cashiers are very relaxed and slow. The people are not following the mask protocol for the state.
They could not change my battery however reference me to National Tire Breaks NTB ROUTE 40 so much cheaper and the service was great
I liked it better knowing it was people outside hanging around that would help that knew more than the workers inside advance the people outside could fix your car and tell you what You needed for the car to buy instead of wasting your money convenient. now it's a maze of cones just to get to the shop and it's dry plus Im clueless might as well go to a real maintenance shop so they can do all that.
Excellent customer service. I swung by today to get a replacement battery (got installed) and both employees were friendly and helpful. This is exactly the experience I want when I visit a business. E.V. Shopping Center ????????
This use to be my second best parts store, it is about to be dropped from my list completely. I will not be cheated out of $44.51 on a electrical part that is not listed correctly in your stores inventory. Furthermore I will be checking with the Nissan dealer first thing Monday morning to see if this part is correctly inventoried in there system. Then I will be requesting a full refund probably never ever using your store or products ever again anywhere in the country. I cannot continue to do business with bad partners. This is a follow-up to my original review. After further evaluation of my mechanical issues I have determined that I have a electrical problem with my tail lights. Process of elimination is now very expensive. The second switch under the break pedal is the cruise control cancelation switch. My apologies to the store clerk. There use to be a restocking fee for electrical parts. I guess times are hard for everyone these days. I never want to cause harm to any company that is dealing in good faith. I eventually installed the switch, checked the fuse and bulbs. Since I installed the switch I will bite this hard bullet and eat the cost. You guys have a good day.

This store has done better in recent months with cleaning up the loitering problems but geesh customer service is definitely lacking here. It only rates this high because it convenient and usually has what I need in stock.
Dissatisfied with the customer service across the staff except 2 guys. The staff and manager they hired should be more knowledgeable about their products and services , and again their customer service is some doo doooo. I think they should get me to secret shop on hidden cam, review, and replace staff as needed.. ijs, oh and please stock up. I hate thinking I can count on you all to have what i need in a pinch or a regular repair job.
