Cool place to go eat. I came here for the first time during my birthday and I loved everything about it. The decoration, the food, the service, and the cleanliness. I'm surprised this place doesn't get crowded. It's a must-go for Oakland people. The food was delicious!!! I'll keep trying more of their dishes. Also, I'm thankful for the service because people were so polite and patient. I 100% recommend.
???? We just told Liyon we're SOS free vegans, like a mild flavor, and we were given a delicious meal. We were very impressed. Two desserts were also vegan, a nice surprise to see. ???? We'll be back. ????????
You knew it was going to be amazing food when everyone in the restaurant is Ethiopian. Admas' is a local place where the owner knows everyone coming in, he makes conversation with them, including the 2 year old little girl. The food is truly mouth watering, we tried the veggy platter with some beef, zil zil I think it was called, can't wait to go back.
Delicious food and wonderful decorations! We had the veggie combo and the lamb tibs, which we had all on the same plate. We also had some lemon ginger tea.
I am so glad we got the veggie combo platter, every single dish was delicious! My friends also got the meat combo to share and both were the perfect portion for 4 with some leftover to take home. The service was great, though for a weeknight I wouldn’t come if I was in a big rush. It’s a very relaxed, nice vibe and I can’t wait to come back for more.
Food is just amazing, if you haven’t had Ethiopian food before do yourself a favor and try it. Eating with injera just with your hands is weird at first but it’s so good you’ll start eating as if you had always eaten like that before
The best dinner in the neighborhood! The staff is incredibly friendly, the owner is such a sweetheart, and the food is phenomenal.
My partner and I went on opening night and got a veggie combo and a meat combo. The portions are incredibly generous for the price, and you'll find yourself eating until you are way too full because it's just too good to stop.
The service I got here is a VIP service. They have number 1 cake , we ate quesadilla and is authentic.
